Ralph GThe manager ignored me for 15 minutes while she chatted on the phone upon my dropping off of trailer. The she yelled to a female employee in the back to come help me. When i went to pick up trailer I also waited for about 15 minutes for a female employee to get off the phone with the manager who was not there. The female employee was very helpfull and I couldn't be more pleased with her. In my opinion she should be the manager. This location should always have atleast two employees working due to its busy location and high crime area. In my opinion one female employee running this location and hooking up trailers to customers trucks leaving other customers in the empty store alone is asking for trouble and is very Dangerous for the employee.
danny bHave signs that tell you about the difference between van rentals and truck rentals. Update your staff on price changed, and correct pricing, and what in take to rent each type . This was my worst experience ever .it took me 30min just to rent a truck, and cost me more than expected . They refused to take my debit or cash for a van rental, insane !
Paul YTerrible experience. I reserved the truck in Stockton and had to drive to Sacramento to pick up the truck. A reservation with U-Haul means nothing.I would pay more for another alternative.

Brian BThe trucks front left tire was low on air and I had to take it to put air in it before starting my trip, because the air hole did not work properly, plus there was very little trend on the tire, which I point out to the store clerk. It rode very rough for the rainy weather condition.. I thought was not good to let a truck go out in that type of condition. The truck ride was really bad and I had to drive in the rain.

kenneth jThe truck smelled like weed, the manager charged me the first time and there was a 7 day hold on the money but the was takin off my card. He tried to charge me another 100 because there was a hold.... He just wanted the money fast

Donna BI rented a U-Haul and the worker told me there was 23 miles until it’s empty and said whatever gas I leave in the truck I will be credited for. As I’m driving to the gas station which is not even 5 miles away from the location the truck runs out of gas. I called roadside assistance and was told it’s a customer pay issue. This caused a huge inconvenience for me as I had to buy a gas can and wait for my mom to bring the gas can and gas which delayed my move time. When I returned the truck I noticed I was charged twice so I called the first time and the representative ensured the receipt was correct. However the amount didnt sit well with me and I still thought it was too much so I called the store and Puloma H let me know that I was charged for the gas, she seen that I called roadside assistance and stated that I would receive a new receipt get a refund, neither of which I have received. I would rate poor however Puloma H apologizing for the inconvenience made me change my mind.
Shakira WThe way you have folks put in gas is awful. Why not give people a FULL tank and have them fill it up instead of alittle past half full. YOU are getting more gas than YOU should. I already paid $1.00 a mile and then if I don't put enough in at alittle past half then you are going to charge me $7 a gallon plus $30.00. WOW YOU ARE CHEATING PEOPLE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR BUSINESS. Make it fair and have the truck filled UP and then the person fills it back up and if they don't then charge them $7, I paid $4.69 to try to get it to your "a little past half mark". AWFUL!!! I will not ever rent from YOUR COMPANY again. Low rating because of the GAS. CHEAT honest paying people. I will not recommend your company to anyone.
Kim JI rented a tow dolly from your location just recently. The dolly would not go backwards with the car on it because it was bent. I needed to back the car up and I could not. Also your staff was very nice and helpful on their own time I waited atleast 15-20 mins for a staff member to get off the phone He should of asked whoever he was talking to hey can we talk later I have a customer her Then he took his sweet time chatting with the other staff before coming out to assist me. I had to go 9n and find him I was on a timeframe!

phillip wFirst of all they lied about the mileage I just trusted the guy the back the truck up I didn't put it in my phone I didn't restart the mileage so they charged me 88 MI and I only used 29 miles so I'm very disappointed in the dishonesty of the U-Haul service I won't ever rent there again I want that was wrong!!!.

They are friendly, helpful, accommodating, professional. When I moved my parents from LA, Betty had the largest storage unit with the best prices, I was happy to rent from her. I have had my unit for two years and every interaction with the Staff strengthens my opinion of them. I would drive from across town to purchase items from them. Sadly they don't have a car dolly or I would cancel my reservation with the Citrus Heights location and rent it from 47th. You will NEVER be sorry for choosing to rent or purchase from Betty Hay and her staff at 47th and Stockton.

From the staff to the hours to the convenience of the location. Here is what I would like to see improved. The sign in method (card swipe) does not turn off the alarm system if the alarm goes off. I would want a better system that allows a card swipe to turn off the alarm when staff is not around to turn it off. Other than that the experience I've had at Uhaul whether that is the transportation aspect or the storage unit has been nothing short than a quality experience. 5 stars in my book!
