The staff didn't call to confirm my reservation until I was driving to pick up the truck. They failed to inform me my requested dolly was available as well. Completely defeated the purpose of booking a truck ahead of time, as I had to go to another location. Very poor planning on their part.

SHALISA WILSON1 hour before checking in I received a phone call stating the van that I reserved was not available and I could use a truck for the same price. Unfortunately the Van I reserved state .89 per mile but new contract stated $1.09 (due to weekend pricing) I was told to call customer service. My original reservation stated 2 day reservation but I was charged for 3 days. Once again I was told to call customer service. Unfortunately I was not treated as a valued customer as I was trying to patronize small business in the community that I have lived in for 50 years. I made reservations in advance to ensure that I would not have any issues. Customer Service was horrible at this location.

Three days after the completion of my rental, I was charged $200 for an unknown amount or reason. I haven’t received any notice or response from U-haul. I’ll be booking with a different company furthermore.

Paul DomiganThe pick up was great but when I dropped the van off without having time to fill it up, the person i spoke with acted very annoyed that I didn't do this and that puts me off. I am a loyal customer who moves a lot . I feel as though it is appropriate to expect, during a 90 degree day, with little time to spare, I was unable to fill the tank. I was willing to pay the additional per gallon fuel fee and let them know ahead of time.
tara smigovskyThe older lady training the younger girl was very rude he didn't even I asked her if I could have a disinfectant rap rap white she said we already cleaned the truck and I want it one because that's just me just for precaution and I have a newborn that I don't want to get that virus and she would not give me a a disinfection right by the power very rude so I had to get tissue and open the doors and I just wanted to rewipe them I don't see anything wrong with that she would not give me one she told me just park the car drop the key that was it didn't even tell me where the box was the nicer one said where was very rude very rude lady girl whatever the younger one she was great she she just told me to wait then I have to ask her the other lady would ask a question and she just was very rude

marcos lopezI was not able to rent the 10' truck I wanted because the mirror was broken. Uhaul changed my pickup location and didn't notify me. I had to call in to find out why they didn't have a truck for me. It took me over 2 hours to pick up my rental, which put me behind schedule and cost me more in gas because I had to take a bigger truck. So unhappy with their performance this time. By the time we left, we were frustrated and irritated.

Denise SamuelsMy location was changed 4 times. The time was 2 hours and 15 minutes after my requested time. The vehicle was not ready and was filthy when I arrived. I had to drive 5 miles out of my way to get a car wash for $25 plus $5 tip. It was not a good experience and I will not recommend using uhaul to anyone I know.

Kenneth RayNot move my reservation over to a different location. I thought the UHaul place that did that was wrong from the start. I think it was bad business to just assume that I should want to drive 5 miles one way out of my way to pick up the rental truck regardless of availability because I did make a reservation. I was moved over to U Stor It from the original rental location.
