After paying 159.00 for my storage, my code was denied and I was left in the storm with all my belongings. Due to not being able to access my storage because of my code, I had to extend the time frame of my uhaul truck, which cost more money! After contacting the customer Service location, they tried to assist but my code started working. Now today of 02/19/2024, I went to my storage to gather some of my belongings and my code was denied AGAIN causing me to damage my items because I was not able to store them in the storage that I already paid for. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered and I would not even recommend this place to m worst enemy.

This storage facility was infested with rats. Running on the beams in the ceiling from one unit to the next as they please. Chewed up my furniture and mattresses and clothes. That rat problem needs to be dealt with.

First of all, the unit leaked and ruined dozens of un-replaceable old pictures. Bigger problem: we vacated in November (and notified them), got charged for December anyway; literally spent hours on the phone trying to get credit for improper charge. Finally, was told we were given a credit. Turned out we didn't get a credit, but got charged AGAIN! Made multiple call with no resolution. Now challenging charges through credit card company. Horrible experience.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. The photo upload app needs tweaking, but overall the experience was as good as could be expected

The people and the store were GREAT and above and beyond helpful. I am not a fan of uncontrolled climate storage units, as I know that the heat can damage items but considering there was only 2 of us to unload and we had been up all night and was very tired, I didnt have the patience or time to look for another place. I also think that the cost of the unit is very high compared to units that are climate controlled that I have in MN that are alot less costly.

NO COMMUNICATION THAT THERE WAS NO OFFICE OR THE AREA BEING MANNED ON THE STORAGE UNITS. WE HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO RECEIVE A PIN AND STORAGE UNTIT NUMBER BEFORE WE HAD ACCESS BUT NO ONE TOLD US THAT.

I can’t decide whether I’d recommend this or not, because although the staff was friendly and the hours are convenient, it is all very expensive snd every time I had to call I was on hold for anywhere between 13 and 45 minutes. No one at local offices answers, it all bets routed through corporate headquarters which is frustrating. I chose this as storage because of the one month free, but my unit costs almost 50% more than another facility nearby which has climate control.

Our uhaul recommended movers no showed resulting in a 2 day delay. The gm at this location was extremely helpful and accommodating.

There were issues from the get go. We arrived at the office and no one was there that knew how to actually rent us a space. The kid had to call his dad to talk him thru it. Then our number wouldn't work and we had to wait to put our things in the building. We were staying an hr away so we couldn't get back to the site for 4 days. Then we finish with our use of the space and vet charged for another month, tho I had told them we were done. Spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get that straight, having to listen to that God awful music they play. I will not recommend them or ever use them again

The people at the facility had not been trained to process the reservation. He had to call someone who talked him thru it. We could not access our unit as the gate would not recognise my access code. My things are now taped in front of a friend house .

Was not given the right size storage. charged to much for bigger one would not help with late fee even though I should have bee turned away because they didn't have the size unit I was supposed to have.

Unit was locked twice because my unit # and someone else’s unit # ( who hadn’t paid) got mixed up & it was stated to me it could not be corrected. Twice when I went to retrieve items from my unit I was locked out. Resulting in about a 1/2 hr wait time to get someone to come & take the lock off. Nothing was done to correct this problem

Account didnt't close properly for some reason and I got hit with a bill for the current month. Aggravating issue especially in that I came in to the office and saw one of the managers and he logged it in. I left the door wide open after I cleaned the unit and left. Also tells me your security is not as good as you think it is; open doors are a signal to check. Thanks for the free month and the good team you have at the store. I'd use you again.

We returned our UHAUL and was not given a location to drop off the key customer care, after over an hour wait told us to leave the key underneath the drivers seat and to lock the doors I am doing so now and am taking a video. I asked the representative to send me an email confirming that we should leave the key underneath the drivers seat with all doors locked considering I have no proof other than his word over the phone no such email was sent

When I moved into the storage, it had not been swept out and the gate was broken (not secure). When I moved out, there was a dead rat nearby. I had called 3 times to say I was moving out of storage.

One of the bathrooms was out of order and the functioning was filthy. The storage unit was not climate controlled like I ordered, it was dirty and the gate was not properly working for weeks.
