The issue is not this location. The issue is I reserved at the Waters U-Haul and my reservation was canceled twice because trucks were not returned on time by renters. Then I was referred to this location - a twenty mile drive in each direction. When I dropped it off, I was charged for that 40 miles and the $8 I had to pay for the extra gas.

Tim SypowiczThe interior of the truck was in pretty raggedy shape. The light control assembly was about to fall out of the dashboard. The sun visor retention clip was loose from the ceiling and we had to put it back in a few times. The driver's side armrest was loose and rattling throughout the move. This truck needs some basic TLC.

MARK LEWISRented truck at 8am for 12pm drop-off. returned truck at 10am . Mileage used was 5 miles. was then informed that I owed 21.00 for gas because gas gauge indicated 3/4 and was at 7/8 at drop off. Property manager Steven said that's not up to him its uhaul policy. I then stated I would not be using that location again if that is his attitude. He said great he didn't want me back anyway. 5 miles in gas should not cost $21 dollars. He then he only made $3 on my rental , so I guess his attitude is to get you on the gas so he can make his money. Would never use this location again just from Steve's attitude.

Lisa DunnThe staff was friendly and helpful (there was a U-Haul systemwide computer outage which caused delays which was not the fault of the staff or this location) however, the van was smelly and dirty inside when I picked it up. I mentioned this several times to staff and no assistance was offered. Paperwork from the two prior rentals was still in the van which shows the van was not cleaned well. We have to put beach towels on the dirty seats so we had a clean place to sit and also a towel on the floor between the seats. I also had to spend time cleaning the inside of the cab with Lysol wipes.
Kathryn DriverTruck was dirty. Dead bugs plastered to the windshield. Front end alignment was off and truck was pulling to the right. I was told of a policy I never heard of, I was told when I returned the truck if I did not back it into a spot I would be charged $20.00 just to have it turned around. This was not my first rental this past month with Uhaul, and I never heard of this before. But the staff at this place was not overly friendly, and was quite abrupt. Anyway, I will not be recommending or using this facility again.
Michael MendelI would not use uhaul again as it is too expensive. There are trucks to rent at Home Depot and they don’t charge you mileage and make you refill the tank.

David WalshGas cap wouldn't come off to put gas in. Truck started reving up RPM while stopped in neutral and in park resulting to having to turn the vehicle off at the stoplight at an intersection. Brakes felt kind of off too.

Lillian SantiagoService was great. I was happy with the initial cost , however, I paid $1.19 per mile and wanted to pick up close to my house in Seminole. The truck was not brought to a close location but I Paid for every mile to the far location and back , plus my move. I am very dissatisfied by that l was not able to pick up close and had to pay extra as well

THOMAS WARDENWe did mobile pick up. Initial part at 7am went well but when it came to getting key from lock box, it could not be opened. Uhaul agent contacted the on-site property manager and they said they would come to assist, but they didn’t. They finally opened to office at 7:45 and we asked them to help and they said they didn’t open till 8 and their Uhaul hours started at 9 and they weren’t sure when they would have time to help. We called uhaul and we’re in the process of trying to get a truck from another location and they finally came out at a little after 8am with the key. We tried to get a photo of the mileage out and fuel level and service light kept coming on and we had to keep turning truck on and off to finally get the required photo. Got to location to pack for move and discovered they had not included the packing quilts we paid for. I will never rent from this location again. Their attitudes were beyond belief!!!!

James SmithWipers on the truck were in terrible condition, was very unsafe driving in the rain. I paid for a furniture dolly which was never given to me, they didn’t remove it until I reached out to them. Truck was very old and didn’t drive very well, not great for highway driving.

Robert BankerStaff and location are great and very kind and informative but not sure if my complaint had been noted properly about last time rented. Rented same van October 7th-10th and notified about it pulls to the right. Upon renting this weekend I asked if it had been fixed/serviced for alignment and was told U-Haul(corporate) had come out to look at it but to me it seems nothing had been tested IMO as it still does the same hard pull to the right on interstate. Im sure it wasn't driven at 65mph during inspection (if it really had been inspected) Needs front end alignment as it still pulls to the right pretty hard when on interstate going 65mph(slight pull intown speeds) This time during rental it poured rain so maybe clean inside windshield(very dirty in drivers visual zone) and replace wiper blades as it just smears water and not removes/clears water from it.

I rented from a different U-Haul location only to find out this place had three of them. Made for a lot extra unnecessary work

No customer respect or courtesy to my company who has been a long time customer after the Aggressive disrespect behavior never go to that location again look someplace else.
