Michael KramerFirst off, the drop off location that was listed on my contract would not take the truck because "they can't fit a truck that size on their lot". Said location told me to go drop off at the 11297 Redwood Rd location as they have the size to accommodate a 20' truck. Upon trying to drop off at the 11297 Redwood Rd location, I was told "we don't take one way rentals". After bargaining with the person at the front desk, they finally allowed me to drop off the vehicle. Didn't know I'd have to beg to drop off a truck at a uhaul location. Given this experience, I will likely consider not using uhaul for my moving needs in the future.

KENT NORTONI reserved multiple dollys and moving blankets. They had nothing but did not tell me until I arrived to pick up the truck. The move could have been much easier with a little advanced notice.

Daniel SchmidtBe very careful when renting from U-Haul. This location is excellent but U-Haul itself should not be trusted. I used the truck for a total of 8 miles, put in a gallon of gas just to make sure I was covered, and returned the truck. U-Haul then charged me just under $29 for 5 gallons of gas. I have all the pics as well as the U-Haul receipt showing 8 miles of use. Total scam!

NICOLE SCHUMANHad to use the app since they couldn’t add another driver without them being present. Started the process then went home to finish since they said I could add him in the app because he was at the house and I would have his information. After adding the first driver it didn’t give me the option for a second so I left it deciding to call U-Haul. Then next morning went to pick up the truck and got on the app and now it had passed picking up the truck and only showed returning the truck. Had to wait for them to open to get the key.

Darren BecksteadSuggest traffic direction for pick up and turn around in the facility parking lot. The trucks need space to maneuver...and I didn't realize it was a circle drive that could be driven either direction. Be sure customers who will return vehicles after hours are aware that they will need to download and use the app. Returning the truck took much longer, waiting for the app to download and then respond. I had to drive back to the truck to take photos (lighting prevented capturing anything worth while) and I was alone, at night. That would be helpful to know at the time of rental. I went inside the store to pick up the truck/keys. I returned after hours. I'm certain this must happen to other customers.

Carlos RivasIt is too bad there isn’t a better process in place to rent clean vehicles. I bought Clorox wipes and used 5 of them to wipe down a very dirty cab. I bought 3 pack of air fresheners to eliminate a horrible smell inside the van. I ended up using all 3 at once and you could still detect an odor. The prior renter must have had an animal in the cab, there was h Pet hair all over both seats. This is the second time in 3 weeks I have rented a dirty van from this location. I only returned to it because a van wasn’t available closer.

Joshua KoneQuick booking. They have availability on short notice. I picked up just after they opened at 8, basically dropped the keys and had an emailed receipt. Smooth transaction and had great customer service, early in the morning and when lines were already starting to form. Jamie (not sure the spelling) specifically was kind and helpful.

Joyce ChristiansenWoman at front desk was rude/condescending, spoke negatively about other staff, and provided incorrect information about the vehicle. Site is very inconvenient and requires customers to park in the fire lane. I’ll definitely not use this location in the future.

ROSIE CONNORExtremely friendly and helpful service. The biggest issues was the drop off location was not possible to drop off after hours so I had to return to the pickup location and calling to sort that out was very difficult.

Jeni OlsonThe lady helping me was miserably unhappy? Why ? Upon returning the vehicle tried to charge me for the dolly I didn’t request and damages I didn’t cause to the dolly. Nickel and dime to death. Don’t mind paying but unpleasant service ridiculous!!!
DEREK DELONGreat experience working with the front desk, when I dealt with the woman in the lot in attempt to conduct a vehicle inspection it was a terrible experience. The woman was demeaning and absolutely no help whatsoever! Ruined my otherwise good experience.
Brian WahlinThe truck had dried mud inside when I picked it up. When I reported it for the second time at drop off, the app charged me $25. I changed my report because I wasn’t the one who left it dirty and there wasn’t a way for me to say that.

The person behind the counter was friendly, but I could tell wanted to get out there quickly, so try to talk me into taking it to a car wash to clean off the outside rather than clean it there. I had to help scrub the outside and the inside to make it clean enough to use.
