GEORGE DOSSANTOSThe dolly and half the moving pads were not in the truck. The gentleman at the facility, when I called, continued to tell me that I was calling the wrong location. He told me he had no record of the truck being rented, and had no record of my name and number. He told me I could come pick up the don't but I needed to show my contract. When I arrived he said he found the reservation and gave me some excuse of working at multiple locating and not having access to that location. And $63 for 1/8 of a tank of gas is a little excessive.

Clemente FloresIt was the easiest and best experience we’ve ever had renting a U-Haul truck. Fran made the process SUPER easy!! She is definitely an asset to your company. She changed my thoughts completely about U-Haul. I had a really bad experience in the past and I decided to give it one more try since it was closer to my house and I’m glad I did!! I will continue to only rent them from Fran @the Dewey location anytime I need one and will DEFINITELY recommend that location to family and friends. Thanx a lot U-Haul and especially Fran. Napoleon MoradtaWhen I rented the uhaul, the person who helped me had me initial all of the walk around checks in the office, I didn’t know this until the next day when I tried to report that the truck had a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up, not half. I have a picture with a time stamp of mileage and gas but still was told since I signed off that there’s really nothing I can do. I feel that it’s messed up to not have the customer walk around before they leave. It shows the trucks aren’t checked between customers.
Frankie Monreal JRThe truck was missing the ramp so it made it extremely unsafe and difficult to load and unload especially with the heavy equipment that needed moving !! Very disappointed with that!!! Manager Jason is the coolest guy I have ever met. He did everything he could to make my dreaded eviction move a bit brighter and made me smile several times. Keep him he is very knowledgeable and very caring for customer satisfaction!!!! Had some problem with the gate access , was supposed to be 24 hour but got trapped inside for 4-1/2 hours before metro police came to open the gate. After hours numbers from emergency line did not work either!!! Very frustrating to loose crucial time with moving team waiting for us to return and couldn’t!!!

Amy HeltI specifically choose this location because it had all the equipment I needed when booking. Upon arrival, there was no equipment - no appliance dolly, no dolly, no furniture dolly and no 2 x dozen sheets which resulted in making my move that much harder.

Terry JonesStaff at this location was rude unprofessional. Demanded I signed fuel level and current mileage before anything was verified. Had to argue with them to see miles and fuel before taking possession. Uhaul needs to train this facility on how to rent your units properly

Jerry IngramThe lady on duty did nothing to help us. She seemed very disinterested in her job. She also stated that she would email a copy of the receipt when she checked the truck in and I never received an email from her. An additional charge appeared on my credit card, when I called, during business hours, to ask about the charge, no one ever answered the phone. I called the 800 number and received an explanation of the charge immediately.
LISA REIDMy return was for 10/31 at 9:00a.m. which is when they opened and I arrived about ten minutes to opening ready to wait and a lady came out and said we’re not open we will email you the receipt and I said I don’t mind waiting until you open since it was a few minutes. She just reiterated we will email you the receipt. I thought that was fine since I wasn’t over the miles and gas was ok. To see I was charged an extra $77 was a pretty shady transaction. My drop off was for 9 a.m. I was there waiting for them to open. I didn’t ask her to come outside. To charge me and extra day and put my check in time randomly at 11:30a.m. It is shady, dishonest and crooked. I was there at 8:50 a.m at least be factual if you’re gonna be shady.

Kelly Pion-CaponeThe technology that was asked of me to use for check out and check in was not working. Lots of bugs. This location was not my original reserved location, it was 3635 S Fort Apache Rd Ste 200 Las Vegas, NV 89147. Unfortunately, the truck was not available at 0830 and it was not available at 0945. The attendant at this location offered for me to go to a different location (6995 W Dewey Dr) and that it was only a few minutes away. So I paid for an UBER to take me there, unfortunately, the ride was not a few minutes away it was 20 minutes away. This became a big problem, as I had my overall mileage calculated a certain amount based on the original location. The new location added 20 miles to my overall trip. The attendant at 3635 S Fort Apache said we would get a $50.00 credit, unfortunately, I believe they should pay for the mileage as well.

Next time I am going te get the moving car from another company !!!
