Also, very unhappy with the process, and my automatic credit for not having my car ready was not automatically applied and I had to call back to get it.

Lingjia jWhile the representatives at the Uhaul at Globe Oil in Pomona were very professional and helpful, my overall experience with U-Haul at 8866 Utica Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga was horrible. It took a visit to three U-Haul offices for me to secure a truck for a reservation I made almost 2 weeks earlier. Even the $50 discount promised to me was not kept. I wish I had another alternative than using U-Haul.

ANDREW LGet people who know what they are doing or Train them properly. Did not explain you have to respond to text messages. Then was being charged for more miles then I used. Took pictures which proved what I really drove.

Robert MI waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up and 20 minutes to return. The times were off, and I feel that I was cheated one day. I will never use this location again.
Jacqueline RNot happy with the fact that I returned the truck on the same day, but was charged a second day. I had the truck for less than 12 hours. Not just the daily rate was doubled, but everything was doubled. You can keep the second day money over a "technicality", but I will do business elsewhere with a competitor next time. Been doing business with U-Haul for decades, but not anymore.

linda bThe reservation was a mess from the start. I needed a 6 am pick up time. Was told to go to the globe oil location. The woman on duty told me they open at 7. She reluctantly helped me at 6:40. The first truck had a problem with the back door- we couldn’t get it to close. So we had to use another truck. That truck was still dirty but I had to take it anyways. I was supposed to be at my location for moving by 8am. Because of the delay, I didn’t get there until 8:40. But I still had to pay the movers who were waiting for me at the site. It was a terrible experience.

Jorge GI was changed location to pickup 3 times and had to drive almost an hour to and back to my home to load and then drive back and waste gas that I should have been comped on. Staff was helpful and friendly but the uhaul system failed me.

Greg OI rented a truck with your company on July 20th (address is 2471 S Towne Av), reservation number is 25468955. When I return the vehicle, The mileage of the vehicle showed a total of 61.9 miles. I also added 40 US dollars of gas on the way. When I returned the vehicle, the fuel level showed that there was still a quarter, but at the time of settlement, it was calculated according to the remaining amount. One-eighth of the fuel volume is settled, resulting in an increase of $97.50 in gas fees and a $30 handling fee to the total cost. I hope your company can verify clearly and give me feedback, thank you!

Liliana Syour agent was very deceiving I got reserved truck that is $19 per day. when I arrived to pick the truck she told that the previous renter had not turned in the key, Since I needed the truck I got the $29 per day, and she said you have to return by 6:15 I asked why 6:15 she replied that this is reserved for that period. I said I try my best and she never mentioned the penalties. when return truck at later period 6:15 I was charged full day $29. That is you call I guess pandemic period customer service.
Mohammad NPrior to picking up truck at Towne Ave. I was guaranteed a 6:00am pick up using the 24/7 at a closer location to my home 2 1/2 hours later and two more locations I was finally able to get a truck. I would recommend dealing with human and seeing the truck with keys in your hand then using that screwed up 24/7 mobile app crap.

Pete VThis location was out of the way for us but since we needed a truck we booked it while requesting a drop off at a closer location as I have done many times in the past. When picking up the truck we were told that we needed to drop it off there instead of our desired location and I also got a phone call stating the same. By having to go back to that location, we went over our mileage allotment and were charged not the $.40 per mile on our contract but $1.00 a mile for the extra miles. We are not happy and will be looking at another company for truck rentals in the future.
