Also the location did not have the flat dollys that I ordered, and I do not see that the price was removed from my bill (but that could just be that I did not see a refund for that amount). The reps at this location were friendly and helpful, customer service is 8/10 (problem that the equipment i needed was not available). The truck itself was a 5/10.

antoine C.The truck was DIRTY and NASTY in the cab. It was stuff spilled, the floors were dirty. And it smelled like cigarette smoke. I told the man that I needed the U-HAUL for just a few hours. I emphasized that the iU-Haul needed was just to pick up furniture foe my daughter. And, I wanted the truck that was a size down from the 20'. But they did not have it. Sooo I was forced to get a bigger truck, because I needed something. I was charged for 24 hours, when I should not have been.I haven't used U-Haul in YEARS. When I need to rent a truck again, I will be going with a different company.

Christine S.The location was initially to be in Smyrna DE. I end up ha ING to go pock up my rental I'm a different town causing extra mileage charges. Upon going to pick up my rental at the said location Smyrna, it was closed. I wasted an hour of time waiting for someone to open and to no avail. I was able to get someone on the phone at another of the Carmart locations examining the situation. He said he there was an emergency in Smyrna but no one bothered to inform me prior to pick up at 10am. He never called be back then I get a text saying go to Dover Top city to pick up rental. This was way out of my way. A waste of my time and extra charges. I want to be reimbursed completely for my troubles. Ã’
maggie A.The counter guys provided excellent service. This was my first time using the automated system to complete the rental process. The system did not work on my phone, so I had difficulty checking in and checking out upon returning the truck after hours.
