Really disappointed will never go back to this location. Only had one truck available and was told the truck had a leaking tire that I should check the tire and fill with air if its low. Sure enough had to stop and fill the tire twice at the gas station for $2.00 each time. When dropping off truck spoke with different clerk told them how disappointed I was having to fill the tire twice and they said well you bought insurance so why didnt you call to have the tire fixed. Thats what insurance is for. He was rude. Horrible customer service. If they are aware of this problem with the tire why dont they fix it before renting it out?

The guys was rude AF, he had what I wanted but tried to make me take the 30$ truck. I asked for something to add on was told they didn't have it but the store sold it. Then when I fought him and said cancel he had my truck I ordered and the dolly. He was rude and tri d to take advantage because I was a female. My husband came in and his time changed. Never ever ever would I go there and may even try some place else to rent a truck next time I move!!! Ohhhhh and they have charged me miles (1.78$) for the 8 kms I drove (should be 1.09$) I now have to call about that!!!

On the website if the location chosen does not have the equipment requested it should not be available. It was rainy and I needed blankets..didn't get them. Also the service was below poor. To close out my account which took 5 mins I had o wait 15 till all the previous customers were taken care of first...not acceptable especially in a busy location and if your in a hurry. This Is a ridiculous policy!

The manager at this location is rude and unprofessional. My vehicle was damaged in the parking lot when I had parked it there while using the U-Haul, and when I asked to see his camera footage to see what happened, he screamed at me on the phone and told me that because I was late bringing the U-Haul back (I had called to notify about an emergency that I had no control over plus I paid the extra fees) that he refused to let me see the camera footage and told me not to call back and hung up in my ear! Unacceptable behaviour from a store manager, and a poor representation of U-Haul’s service providers.

The U-Haul was absolutely disgusting. Nobody come out to check for dents or scratches or damage to the unit before I picked it up. I took pictures myself to make note of it. I had to sweep out the box before I could use it. It was so filthy with sticky gum, and dirt, and The cab of the truck. The floor was filthy. The consul and drink holders were full of potato chips, and it smelled like cigarette smoke. I’ve never rented a U-Haul so disgusting in all the U-Haul‘s that I have ever rented. The gentleman operating the business didn’t seem to care , and when I got to my destination, my wife, who was following me told me the gas cap was open when I went to the back of the truck to lock the gaps cap was actually busted in two parts. The insert was still threaded in and the cap was dangling. I was concerned that I wouldn’t get it out to put fuel in however, I was successful and noted it by taking pictures before and after plus the mileage to show that it happened with a previous customer and pointed that out to the clerk not only will I never rent from that location again I will question whether or not, I will rent from U-Haul again. This guy has no way of cleaning the U-Haul‘s. It’s in a parking lot of a convenient store that he men’s by himself and there’s no gas station next-door so when you receive it the tank is like almost empty which is fine we refilled it and used what we used. However, it’s just poor poor service.

Low tire pressure in left tire. Ordered a $7 dolly and did not receive it though I asked beforehand. When I returned the truck, I mentioned both issues with the cashier. No results. No change. Didn't receive a refund on the dolly

The seats inside the van were dirty. Floor in the front cabin and the back both were dirty with pet hair and other dirt. The location was not giving out the rental vehicle that was reserved in advance. Had to spend almost 1.5 hrs in the location to get the vehicle.

I didn't like the fact that to go 212 klm it cost so much 80 $ in fuel that kinda high. Plus the side door leaked that let rain in on a 3000 dollar mixing boars for music

The van battery was dead and when I asked for a different vehicle I was told to wait for uhaul roadside assistance. I waited for 1 hour. Even though the vehicle was just out of the parking spot at the facility! On top of that I got no refund or discount or exchange! Horrible service I am never using UHAUL again and telling everyone I know to use something else!

Okay, so I reserved a 15 foot truck about a week or 2 in advance. Get the confirmation email and everything. The day of the move it is snowing pretty bad so my helper and I got delayed in the storm. My booking being for 11 I get there for 1140-1145. Stand in line as you typically would. I get up to the counter and ask for my reservation to find out that it was given away without even a phone call. Addition to this I am told the policy is that if you’re not here within an hour of booking that it is back up to the next person. I told the guy that man it hasn’t even been an hour yet so how could it be gone? Was told that I could take a 10foot. So I ask for another location close with a 15 foot truck and buddy helped me find one right away (which was decent considering they gave my reservation away). So I drive to the next place to get the truck to find out they don’t have all my furniture pads there, the truck literally has 16 miles left on the tank and the cab was filled with garbage! Dirtiest truck I have ever got into from uhaul. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with. They really need to figure their stuff out concerning the reservations.

Clearly let customers know that if the equipment isn't returned at the exact time agreed to, even though its less than 24 hours, they could be charged an extra day's fees.

Considering the situation with covid, I strongly believe that the cabs should be cleaned by Uhaul as an extra step on top of the general cleaning the previous user would have done. The unit I received was dusty and had residual stains within. Apart from that, personnel service was great.

Terrible service. I rented 10' van and got there , was told it was not available and had to take a 15' costing more for renting and more more gas cost. When called for complaining, the man just hang up on me after 30 mins waiting. Worst service ever I have come across. Do not recommend to any one.

The location messed up my move. I originally booked the truck for 10:00 am and when I got there they said that they did not have a truck for me and that Uhaul made a mistake. I left upset as I paid movers to help and the movers waited there for 3 hours of which I had to pay for. When I got the truck booked again at the same location I had left at 10:00 am and then picked the truck after a representative called the location multiple times to confirm a truck was there by that time it was already 1:00. I lost out on time with the movers and to move and money. Never again. I felt robbed

I rented a 10ft boxed truck and was told the cost for the rental would be $19.95 and .89/km. I arrived at the destination to pick up the truck only to be told there was no 10ft truck available but a 15ft truck was. I called the 1800 number for uhaul scheduling department to inform the about the issue of no 10ft truck. The lady told me to take the 15ft truck. I told her I'm not paying the price difference for the 15ft truck. She confirmed that I will be charged the prices for a 10ft truck since that's what I rented 19.95 for rental and .89/km since this was not my fault. I thanked her and took the 15ft truck. When I went to the truck, I noticed the windshield was cracked from 1 side to the other side. I got in the truck it was filthy and the handle on drivers side was broken. I returned the truck with putting gas in as closely as possible to where it was when i pick it up. I received my invoice via email. I noticed the rental amount was correct but the price per km was incorrect. I was charged $1.43 which is the price for a 15ft truck, I should have be charged .89/km. I was also charged for extra gas of $15.00. I called uhaul customer service and spoke to a lady about my unfortunately experience with uhaul and to discuss my invoice. She told me that there is nothing about the price reduction for the kms. Why would I pay the price per kms for a 15ft truck, this whole ordeal is not my fault. Very disappointed and unacceptable.

The Truck was at less than 1/8th of a tank and about 10k after i left the pickup location the gas light went on, the cab of the truck had old tim's cups and candy bar wrappers. ( not disinfected for covid ) i can assume. the box was a mess the blankets were left all over the back and additional garbage and other mess was left from the last occupant. I spoke with the individual who works at the store he informed me the truck is left as is and ~2 times a week a rep from U-Haul cleans the truck and fills it up... ill be renting from homedepot in the future. 1/10
