Barbara HThe car dolly is defective. The strap holding onto the tire on the passenger side kept coming completely off the tire. I had two of your servicemen check them and read apply the strap but it came off four times the final one was when I arrived at my destination. You need to have that car dolly fixed fix fixed

William Tthe rental in Bullhead was fabulous Kayla was a hug help ! But what a horrible experiance in Yuma !! what a jackass !! yes you heard us whata jerk ! we delivered it back and he was so busy selling cars no time for us ! We then unhitched it and went back in he told us no ned for a reciept it would be by email well what if we were not in yuma overnight ? this morning we still had no email Alex called kayla and she said it was not accounted for yet SO back to the jerk ! whao has time to go back ? it was terrible service in yuma !

Fredrick AI've complained about these new 26 foot trucks before. There is no problem with the workers at the location but UHaul has made a big mistake in the way they ordered the suspension for these trucks. I'm a former CDL driver. The suspension is WAY too hard, it's even uncomfortable to just ride in the , it ruins all your belongings. The truck bucks up and down even on brand new asphalt.

Charlene JVery pleasant staff. However, they need an after-hours key drop off box that is easily seen and lit up. I had to return the morning after dropping off the truck (since they'd closed, and I wasn't accustomed to the time change yet) to deliver the keys. I wasn't leaving keys in truck for the safety of UHaul and myself.

Armondo LMy dealings with corporate u haul POOR Sent me to 3 different pick up locations. I reserved the trailer, 15 minutes later I was offered a 20% discount. I called the number and was told it didn’t apply. Lady said to bad. I felt cheated. Constant e mail and text from u haul caused me to unsubscribe. Would not use u haul again.

Douglas OWent to get trailer employee informed me I needed a hitch so I went to Walmart it took me 7 minutes to come back I asked the employee will there be someone to hook up my trailer he said yes hit back ladies in office said no one can hook it up I paid for trailer already stayed there over an hour they got the maintenance man to come to hook it up worst experience

Charlie LThe lady at Mohave storage insisted that they were closed five minutes prior to their closing time and refused to assist me detaching the trailer. Thankfully I had my dad with me to help me detach the trailer from my vehicle the whole time she just stood there on her phone.I will never use this u-Haul location due to the poor customer service

carl oI’ll be 100 pct honest, I walked in and dealt with girls that really did their best to ensure everything went well. Where I got worried is when the girls came out and hooked up the trailer. I usually see a facility have a man handle this. Low and behold, the trailer never separated from the truck and my faith in this facility was unlike any other. This will be my go to facility from this point forward. I’m very proud that these girls handled this the way they did.
John EEverything about this location and it's staff was excellent except the fact that when picking the vehicle up I had to walk in desert dirt parking lot that immediately made the driver's side floor dirty and dusty but besides that I was very pleased with staff and service and I will.use this location again
