Chelsea HWe did call the location the day before to ask about the app and the owner agreed to come in before the store opened and meet us to make sure everything was good. He was there when he said he would be and was very nice and efficient. Great location for sure.

Jeffrey SI would not recommend this location for a U-Haul. The customer service was very poor, and I was accused of stealing a dolly. Additionally, the equipment has many mechanical issues that need to be fixed.

LEILANI DThe app is horrible and the truckshare 24/7 was not working. The app would not allow me to scan the barcode for the truck after 30 minutes. If this place were not open I would not be able to pickup or dropoff. There also seems to be a lack of training by employees I believe.
Michael BThere was no ramp in the uhaul. It was very difficult to get the heavy furniture into the truck. I had to pay someone to help me move and it cost me $75 when I could have done it on my own if I had a ramp. Other than that the truck was clean and the man that works at the store was very friendly.

jacob dWe were suppose to pick the truck up on Watson boulevard but it got changed to Russell parkway. This added several extra miles that we had to pay for and I don't think this is right.
Steve RNothing wrong with the location or the truck, but I also rented an appliance dolly and I was told over the phone that the dolly will be there, when I arrived there wasn't a dolly available.I called customer service again and they asked me to go to a different location to pickup the dolly and when I arrived they told me they didn't have a dolly available either. Please make sure you don't make your customers waste their time.

micheal sProvide additional disclosures of the process so the recipt reflects the initial quoted expected receipt, or have the rental location disclose prior to the rental is taken off of the location. Otherwise, it comes across as a scam.
Charlotte MHe was not nice. Claimed that the trailer was wrecked, though it wasn’t and will probably use my insurance to pay for something I didn’t do. He was a bad representative of your company and I hope I forget his arrogance and abrasiveness before I decide to use uhaul again.
Jeffrey SThis location attempted to steal my deposit. I contacted customer service and I'm waiting to hear from corporate. I do not recommend using uhaul unless you go directly to a uhaul store. I will never use this location again.

Reginald LNot a problem with the rental location. Was condition of the equipment. Both auto transport trailers at the rental location were broken. One with a broken wheel strap. The other one had a broken/bent coupler. I swapped the wheel strap myself to make one trailer usable so I didn't have to find another trailer. When I reserved the trailer it was quoted at $125 with a return date of 09/18/23. I turned it in and my rental fee went up to $165. No explanation. And we also had a blow out on the way home and we were told someone would be out to change the tire in 30 min. 2 hours later someone finally showed up. I know these are rental trailers and things happen. But with all I went thru there is no reason to increase the quoted price just because you feel like it

When I went to reserve a truck, the only pick up time it allowed me to choose was 12 am (midnight) well of course no one is there at that time, so I had to wait till 9am when the location opened. I had reserved it for 20 hours. So I lost 9 hrs of my reservation time. Once I got to the location, it was smooth and couldn't have been easier.my only complaint is with the website/app

Burton GThis particular location was easy to find and the equipment was clean. I normally use the U-Haul store off of Watson Blvd, and I would say that they're customer service is about average sometimes below depending on I guess what day you go there and who's working. The place that I used was at Rocky's Food Mart off of Russell Pkwy and the customer service was excellent and the young man that was working there is super nice and helpful. I don't remember his name but he deserves some recognition for how well he interacts with customers. I normally don't do these reviews but I wanted to do this one in hopes that my response will be read it and that someone at uhaul would recognize him for his great customer service.

David M1st the location I reserved the truck and accessories claimed they had no record of my reservations. 2nd they had to call corporate and locate a truck approximately 30 miles or more away. Then after obtaining the truck they notified me that they didn't had but o e of the accessories I had reserved. The truck was below empty so I had to chance it to the first gas Station available. 3rd. The front end bounced so bad I thought it was gonna fall out. The bouncing would not let me get over 30 miles an hr.

Marshel GThe seatbelt on the passenger side was not usable. The passenger had to ride without a seatbelt. Thas was dangerous for anyone riding on the passenger side. I say make sure that everything is working with the uhaul equipment. Otherwise everything else was good.
