RENZO MBe a little more upfront about the total cost. Advertised as $19.95 per day? That's not even close. Did the contract on line and then tacked on another $100 additional fees.when we picked it up.

Charles MOverall experience from start in Michigan to finish in Texas was very nice. “The Sign Shop,” in Atlanta went out of their way to get in touch with me to extend my contract. They also got me in touch with someone to unload the truck. I have never considered U-Haul before but the comfort and power of the truck, and the people I’ve dealt with - I would definitely do it again if I had to. To me there’s no better choice.
ARNOLD WI think that it was a little spendy that you charge for a full day, when you only need it for less than 3 hours.

Retha EBecause the guy lied to me on the phone about the ramp then I had to rent a second truck without being funded for the first one then I have to wait on the money to come back and then they charged me again for the gas when technically something should of been covered since the guy lied to me but nothing was covered just a sorry apology and that’s it

Mollie WI rented the truck in Paris, Tx and lived in Antlers, OK. I then had to drive to Antlers, then to my new house in Atlanta. The estimated mileage I was allowed barely covered driving to Antlers. I will highly advise my friends and family NOT to use U-haul. I was charged for gas despite having it above the level I received the truck. It would have been cheaper to higher movers which is what I will recommend.
