Jim CThe size truck I had ordered had been confirmed, but on pickup it was not available due to dead battery. So I was provided next size up truck as no charge courtesy. Would have preferred a more detailed pre-drive inspection and review of truck dashboard. Was difficult to turn key in ignition at start, and on leaving UHaul, the fuel cap was not securely attached, which prompted a low fuel warning while on the road. Otherwise, the drive and loading/offloading were uneventful. Truck was clean and everything worked. Staff at this Woodland eastside location were professional, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this rental location and I would use this location again for hauling/moving needs. Thank you, UHaul.

Jesse RThe interface between my preorder and the rental location was piss poor. I wanted a one way, the website made it seem that I would have that. Upon arriving I was informed that I would have to rerun that truck to the same location. Costing me quite a bit of extra time and money.

David HIf you know you have reservations scheduled and plan to close…. Let someone know. Very unacceptable and dangerous. You closed for your safety. Uhaul still said I needed to come in to this location to secure my reservation. I traveled In pretty unsafe conditions to arrive at a closed location. A simple phone call would have eliminated the risk, preserved a customer, and simply would have been the appropriate thing to do.

Teresa BThe check engine light was on at pick up but the man ensured it was fine. The check engine light stayed on the entire cross country trip and started flashing on our last day. For the amount of $$ we paid it's highly unsatisfactory to be driving a truck across the country with a check engine light on. Also all the charging ports for electronic devices were broken so that left us in a very uncomfortable position our whole trip as we could not charge our phones, etc although the truck is advertised as having 4 charging pots. None worked. Will never rent uhaul again if this is how little you care about your customers or how little you even check the trucks over. Clearly this truck should not have been out for rental if it has issues.
Teresa SI had accidentally reserved the wrong size and called to get help because the website was giving me trouble. The woman at the location is a gem. She fixed my issue and made the whole process smooth. The day of pick up went smooth and she will get my business again!

Philip SThe good: The location and staff are great and have been able to help me every time! I would highly recommend Storage Court! The Bad: the U-Haul app for iOS is horrible for booking a reservation, logging in, and checking in. Needs a severe overhaul. Thankfully, the team at Storage Court can overcome any of the app’s challenges or faults. Just call them local number and book your reservation over the phone!
james lRefund customers for time not used on a rental. I arranged for 2 additional days but only required one. This is tantamount to theft and I doubt I’ll use U-Haul again.

Jack EI reserved a trailer in Longview two weeks in advance then moved the rental date back a week and confirmed the availability in person in Longview. Two days before picking the trailer up I got a call that I would need to pick it up in Woodland. A friend picked up a trailer in Longview one day after mr without a reservation also dropping off in Boise. It seems U-Haul has a different definition of the word reservation. If there was a competitor, I would choose to use them.

tracy AGreat customer service from local dealer. Only complaint is (I’m assuming this is a u-haul procedure) how am I supposed to guess how much gas I need to put in the tank after use. Was told to put it back to where it was when I picked up which I guesstimated and then was told not enough and I’m sure charged an exorbitant amount for the underage. So much simpler to give me full truck and then I just return full truck. Don’t understand the guessing game.
Thor TIt was rainy and we live on a gravel road. I don't think it was fair to be charged a cleaning fee for road spray. We returned the trailer a day early so thought it would be a wash but didn't get credit for that.

Heide KI think it is excessive to require 3 separate people listed as contacts for the rental. I will avoid uhaul in the future for this reason. The people who run this location are fine and were very pleasant.
