Only mild complaints about the online pick up and drop off. it’s tedious and takes time to load and one of your employees called my daughter and was super blunt and hung up on her. Just literally said Do you know Brenda Gibson and my daughter said yes that’s my mom is she okay? and the hung up. didn’t identify themselves, say why they were calling or have a nice day nothing. she called back and found out it was u-haul. plus it was moments after i gave her number as a known associate. the drop off process as better but kinda tedious. It could be simpler. again no complaints about the location

Ralph OThey were WONDERFUL to work with and the gentleman (I wish I got his name) was especially friendly and understanding and took time to explain things to me and even look something up for me later over the phone when I had a problem.
rachael sWe do not feel as though the additional charge of $76.79 was warranted. It was roughly 2 hours late being returned to a closed site. Fuel level was returned at 1/2 and picked up at 1/4. If someone could review the charges and see if something could be done to reduce the cost of using U Haul for a moving rental, we would be grateful. Thank you, Jim Wyatt 937 313 4036

CAROL MI’m thankful that The Packaging Store had friendly help onsite, as the 24/7 pickup did not work as advertised. However, I prefer working with people, and I appreciated the quick and efficient help from the owners. The van I rented was almost new, and it was spacious and clean. Returning the vehicle was as easy and quick, with a smile! Thanks!

Shannon WPeople working there are quite stern. They do their job well, just not very friendly. I understand I'm not at Chic-Fil-A, but they could improve in this area. Otherwise, the place as good variety of equipment for its size.
