Alexis S.This comment does not pertain to the location but the area director Trey out of Birmingham. There were two rentals with me listed as the individual who would be picking up. One was for work, reserved by my employer; the other I reserved for personal use. I was contacted by the area director regarding the both of the rentals not being returned within a week. His tone and conversation was unprofessional and not appreciated. This is a local facility so it is very convenient, however after this interaction both rentals were returned and my employer reserved with a different provider.

Arthur W.There was no walk around pre inspection of truck to note existing damage. Back of truck contained remnants of gravel, dirt, and hay. Inside cab of truck contained trash, dirty floors and smelled of smoke.
Steven C.During the pre-trip of the vehicle all the fluid levels were good. After about three hours of driving the "low brake fluid" warning came on. The truck had to have three quarts of brake fluid put in for the trip. Not sure if the truck was just topped off with brake fluid and the issue not resolved beforehand.

Rhonda W.The scheduled time listed on my purchase application was changed to an hour and half later without notice of business hours. The truck I was assigned had trash inside cargo bay left by previous customer. I wasted my time cleaning out just so I could use it. Which caused me to be late getting back on time. The truck was parked on the side of the building behind one truck and in front of another truck, so it was sandwiched in between them and I had to drive it out. So unprofessional.
Steven A.The fuel level was at 5/8 not 3/4. Not a major problem for me. I also deep cleaned the seat and steering wheel. I drove truck previously and am probably cleaner than most drivers, as this was my home.

William M.This location went out of their way to make sure we had a truck. This was after our normal disastrous experience with Enterprise. Disasters are typical of Enterprise these days. Thank goodness U-Haul operates so well and this location was spectacular.

I did order a furniture dolly and found out this location only has a utility dolly which worked out fine. The location did not have the truck I ordered but the staff was nice to give me a bigger truck than what I ordered at the same price. Just put up a sign somewhere saying what dollies and trucks are avaiable for customers.

LaToya W.I dropped this u-haul off at this location as it is the only one that I know of in this small town. I parked the truck took the lady the keys. I waited at the counter she didn't come out to check the truck she didn't check it in. She stated someone else would look at it when they got back. Then I get a charge for $90 stating that I left the truck on empty. The truck was left on 1/4 tank like when I got the truck. I emailed u-haul the receipt for Gasoline. I would not recommend using this location to drop off.

Larry B.We were not able to pick up truck using mobile app. It kept showing that the truck was dispatched before it gave us the code to get the keys. Called u-haul to get another truck and they said they would notify us within the hour and we never heard anything.

Jimmy L.You should do better jobs at your brand management. The franchisee who operates this location has nonexistent training skills, as the poor associate was 100% ignorant to how to conduct a simple transaction. She only had two customers and was flustered and overwhelmed. Additionally, she opened her store an hour late. After another employee showed up to assist her an hour later, we finally received full service. Make available more one-way trucks for your locations to prevent this problem. Ensure full skills training and recertification for your franchisees and their employees. All in all, I will not be retaining the services of U-Haul ever again.

ANNIE B.The after hours check in took more time than I expected, plus I wasn't expecting to have to type in information like mileage and fuel levels, just to have to take a picture right after to prove what I had already entered. It was a little inconvenient that I had to take the time to check it all in since I wasn't being paid to do so, and they went behind me and did it anyway.
