The location I returned the uhaul to said I left the uhaul with over a hundred miles more than I did. Luckily, I took a picture of the odometer before I turned it in. It’s really inconvenient for me to be waiting on a refund for an almost $200 charge for miles I didn’t come close to using, especially when living paycheck to paycheck and needing every dollar I have. The person at S&S minimart had no idea what he was doing when I turned the keys over and seemingly had no idea they took uhauls. Overall this whole experience was terrible.
