Tried calling them and whoever answered the phone was not helpful at all. Then called U-haul 2 times and was hung up on. Would stay away from U-haul and go with someone else. They kept sending me text messages asking me to tow another customer’s belongings and when the messages started it was for $750 towards the bill, but then it changes to $350 and from states that weren’t even in my route. They also charged more than their rate due to dropping it off in another state that was for an additional $1100.

Wayne BThe drop off location was still closed due fire marshal notices. This was the second time in two months. Can’t comment on facilities or personal unless I can see them.
Robert SOverall the man that we dealt with for pick up was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, he did not appear to be knowledgeable about the equipment, laws regarding lighting or how to remedy our issues. When we arrived at the location, we had to call a number posted on the door and wait for someone to come. The trailer had a running light out that was not noticed by the personnel. When we pointed it out, he said it was just a reflection causing us not to see the light. After finally convincing him that the light was not working, he assured us that because the other "main" lights were working it should be fine and it was not something that would get us a ticket. My husband is a commercial driver. Not only did we know that was inaccurate information, he could not risk him getting a ticket and points against his license. We asked him if he could change the bulb and he said he had no way to do that. He said that we could "probably" take it to a main hub to get the light fixed. We asked if he could call ahead and be sure we could get it done, and he appeared very put out to have to look up the number and make the call. Fortunately, he did make contact and we were able to go to another location to get the light replaced.

Deneice CI needed a different size ball and a wiring adapter which they don’t provide. I had to make two trips to the auto parts store to hook up my trailer I rented. Unusual compared to other U-Haul stores I have dealt with. Otherwise Randall was great to deal with.
