Was very very very busy and only 1 worker. Could have been bad timing for the day also however
Ken MHad a hard time getting my truck running in -40 degree weather I called 20 mins before my pickup time and asked if I could pick it up 10 mins later then scheduled. It was met by a very rude response ( no you have to pick it up at your schedule time) so I proceeded to the u haul any ways my reservation was for 3:15 pm I showed up at 3:34 and was told I was 5 mins late and there is nothing they can do for. When I got angry and expressed my anger the store clerk smiled and laughed and said it was not her problem it was mine. I would not recommend this branch to anyone as a matter of fact instead of waiting until the morning I drove 2 hours to the nearest u-haul and rented from them instead. This all happened on a Friday when Monday came around I got a receipt from this branch stating I have an open rental that I’m being charged for but his branch is crooked. And they try to rip you off the owner is the biggest a hole I have ever seen in my lifetime. This branch should be shut down and the owner should be paying me for the inconvenience I was caused

Denis LIt would be nice if this U-Haul location would be open more hours. Currently the location is open 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday. The clerk that helped us hook up the trailer was friendly. Great service.
Joanne WWhen I called the location in Hinton in regards to dropping off the trailer, the man on the phone told me they were closed and I had to drop it off two days after the original drop off date/time. I call U-haul directly and the told me to drop it off there anyway. I dropped it off and it was in a non gated lot and very easy to park, no one from the store came out so I’m just followed the steps on the link that was sent to me by a u-haul representative.
Jeff SI did not receive the furniture pads that I had ordered. However, I paid for them.
Madelane SThe person said the U-Haul agent wasn't there till Monday so they wrote down my return time. Told me where to park the trailer and never checked anything.

Mark TI moved to Jasper but the only drop off location near Jasper was this, so I actually had to drive an extra 85kms back towards the city after my move which added extra gas and miles.

Barry MI understand hours are 10am - whatever time they close ( before 9pm as that’s when I dropped off the trailer) but when you want to get things done 10am is kinda of a late start. No one was able to help me in getting the trailer sooner as the person wasn’t there and no one knew how to help when I called the previous day around 5:30pm . Very pleasant but unable to help me. The trailer outside was a bit dirty and the inside could have used a little sweeping but nothing major at all. All in all the price was amazing, the person who helped was nice and I had a good experience.

Chad TThe old lady of the store jeles should learn that if they manage the uhaul so poorly, people will be asking questions and calling them crazy (as I was walking out to another customer standing there) isn't professional at all. Couldn't buy boxes on the weekend but I could of, she lied by saying it was easier to buy Mon. Didn't seem too interested in answering the phone when someone was trying to call (at least 5 rings) , when she did she just told them to call back in a bit. Couldn't get my deposit back and now I have to wait for a cheque?! Blonde said people get mad all the time... I wonder why lol. This is the second time I've used this uhaul and both times it's been nonsense!

Shantel FDebit machine in not available and was unable to get deposit back. What kind of location doesn’t have a debit machine for taking payment or returning deposits. I rented a unit from this location last year and had the same issue. Having to type in credit cards ourselves is not the best customer service. Plus the location is in the back area of a convenience store. Not the best experience from Uhaul.

Michele LGreat experience. Worker helped me back the truck up, and hooked the trailer up very professionally. It was quick, and the worker was very proficient with the equipment.
Ryan ATrailer was covered in oil. Had to drive 2.5 hrs to get as Edmonton had to trailers. Second time this has happened in couple weeks. But pickup location and drop off was excellent 👍🏼

Victoria PLocation is not open during the weekend and doesn’t open until 10am during the week but there staff in the store.
TOM HAlthough it can be tricky with U-haul to determine what will be available and when, the employee at this location that helped me was very good at her job and an asset to U-haul. The size of their storage area makes pick-up and drop-off easy.
Darwin FDo not confirm a booking if you cannot guarantee the truck will be there. By confirming the booking with me 48 hours in advance, I assumed I would get a Uhaul. Instead, you made me drive to Grande Cache the entire Uhaul experience cost me about $200 more than expected. You guys literally suck so much. Both Uhaul locations are getting 1/5 star Google reviews. Furthermore, the Field Manager Darren (780-271-2967) said he would call me back to discuss our negative experience to "make things right" and has not called me back. In fact, it appears that he is actually dodging my calls. Total clown.

CORINNA KThe trailer was dirty inside and as I was loading items inside I noticed broken glass from the previous renter. I was originally sent to a different dealer that apparently did not have a worker and was told to just hook up the trailer myself following the YouTube link that was sent to me. I mistakenly went to the Dinnan location instead. They did still have a worker there. My question, why was I sent to a location where no one was working when the Dinnan location did?
Roxanne WOur truck had a massive e split in the roof not noticed by outlet. My couch and beds where soaking wet as we moved From Hinton Ab to Sooke BC . I did not appreciate having to run fans to dry my stuff. Needs to be a better way to check the roof. Close door when you are in the truck box of perhaps?? Look up?? Took all day to dry our furniture. Kris DI had to drive to the next town (1hr away) since there were no 12’ trainers in my location. When we went over the information, the person at counter saw on the order I wanted a dolly. She asked to confirm and I said yes. She said she’d meet me outside and I indicated I needed to put my hitch on the truck. She was waiting at the trailer and I drove up and we hooked up the trailer. I was maybe more than halfway home when I thought about the dolly. When I arrived home, I checked the trailer and there was no dolly inside. The location I got the trailer from was closed and we’re not going to be open during the weekend. I call customer service and they checked for a dolly in my town. They also noted the person I talked to when I picked up the trailer made a note that the dolly was forgotten. Nothing was available so I was given a refund for the dolly.
