GENE MI dropped my Uhaul off from out of state. It was an easy process. The gentleman I turned my key into was very polite and professional. No issues at all. I would definitely use this location again.
Shamika WI had problems with the U-Haul app when I tried returning the truck after business hours. I took pictures of the gasoline level and mileage as well as inside the back of the truck. But the app wouldn't let me continue to next steps.
ANNETTE GTanner’s was fantastic! They were so helpful when I ran into an issues caused by the original rental location. She fixed it and made everything so simple for me. I would recommend them to anyone!

Carina RAfter verifying my tow setup with uhaul online the pickup location was completely incompetent and unable to provide the proper equipment in a timely manner. Equipment I ended up with had previous damage that was not listed on the rental contract.

PRISCILLA LI was bit by a brown recluse spider that was inside the truck ended up going into the hospital because of it notified y'all y'all sure to me the child would not charge me for the extra days I have the vehicle because of this on top of that my rental rate was supposed to be $0.49 a mile as a promotion because the truck I rented last time tore up on me and ended up not being able to move all of my stuff out of my unit before I had to return it. So I got screwed out of my money last time and you're screwed me out of my money again this time

Stephanie WThe location was Great, they hooked the trailer up for me, checked to make sure all Lights worked and in a timely fashion. The down side was I returned the trailer after hours and I had a hard time unhooking trailer cause it’s so heavy and there is no Jack on the tongue. I hurt my back unhooking the trailer. They really need a Jack on the large trailers.

BRODERICK MMr. & Mrs. Tanner from Tanner Service Center was very accommodating. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, I have never rented a uhaul before. I will again rent from them in July 2021.

JACOB DBlankets were nasty with something stuck to them. We couldn’t use them, but had to pay for them after breaking the seal. It does no good to complain, I am sure. May as well just say all was great and move on. Tanner’s service Center are nice people and the only place in town that had a uhaul truck.
LESLIE CMy rental was not ready when I arrived and I waited nearly 20 minutes before being helped at all by the staff. The fuel level and mileage were not accurate so I spent another 35 minutes waiting for the associate to fix the paperwork and the vehicle was not cleaned out and a mattress was left in it by previous renter which I had to dispose of before I could even start my moving. I then return it in the city I moved to which is what I had set on the app however then recieved a bill stating I owe 220.00 for not returning it to the same location I rented it from. This is infuriating to me since uhauls have always been able to be returned to any location and I specifically set the drop off location to my city which is only 14 minutes from the pickup location so why the $220.00 fee. When I picked up the vehicle it was at 26 miles to empty and I returned it with 47 miles to empty yet I get charged another $30.00 plus $118 in fuel and then was also charged for the damn mattress that was already in it. This is crap and I will be in contact with my lawyer
Deborah CDublin Hunting and Fishing was were we was scheduled to pickup, they were closed and it caused us money by having movers waiting on the truck. We was redirected by Uhaul representative to go to Tanners and they were great, friendly and got us a truck.
