Thev100 dollar holding fee is ridiculous.
The service was great the product was clean but the $100 deposit is unbearable. Employee let you know you be refunded your deposit as soon as you return the truck, and that's not true at all so if you have bill money just your money is tied up for up to five days

Called the location to get checked in. Told me I should do online because he would not get to examining truck for 2 days. He said Uhaul would be calling me till it was processed. The man was on location because he came out to look in back of truck only.

Scheduling and picking up the trailer could not have gone smoother. This is the second time I have used TNT and both times it was as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Original location did have our truck and we had to go 50 miles out of our way to get this truck.

The truck I rented had been returned after the business closed. I was checking it out on a day the business was closed. The key was not immediately available to me. The previous user had dropped it into the after hour return (as he should have) but there was no way for me to retrieve it. Required phone call and a wait until someone got me a key. It would make more sense for users to return the key to a box with a combination lock so that it’s ready for the next renter.
