Office Man was professional and kind!
Johnny JI was told to bring help to install the utility trailer to my truck, as the gentleman there did not touch the trailer. Once I put the load in the trailer, the left rear tire went flat, I had to go to the gas station to air up the tire. Upon return I went into the office to let the gentleman know I had backed the trailer into the spot, and please come out to unhook it. He told me to do it, of course! You certainly were not going to help me! The man was very polite, I’ve just never experienced “no help” from the folks at uhaul before.

Alicia VPick up could not of been better. The young man was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and was very nice. When dropping off the trailer the gentleman wasn’t very kind and yelled at us to where to put the trailer and seemed incredibly overwhelmed because I asked for a copy of the receipt. I did not want to “drop and go” and wanted the trailer inspected while I was there. I assured him I was in no hurry and to take his time with the current customer. Thankfully by the end of the interaction, he was nicer but he wasn’t very inviting for the first ten minutes. I hope he was just having a bad day. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

frank hImprove the UHaul check in process. It took around 30 minutes to check the trailer out and much of the information had already been given at the time the reservation was placed.
mark mDon’t advertise walker and friends moving service for this area. My directions for moving help loaders (2 guys) were not followed. They entirely went against my directions. Also, my furniture was damaged due to their neglect. Now I realize why safe move insurance option is a thing. I even tried to be civil in complaint to owner of walker and friends and he was very rude and unprofessional. I regret this service. Won’t do uhaul again just because of the affiliation. Totally unprofessional business no wonder it was cheap originally. Wishing I paid more for quality service.

Dan PI live near several other U-Haul rental location (within 2 miles) and they most likely have the equipment that I need. However, over the past two years, I've dealt with John, for several rentals at his location, some 6 + miles away, and I am always greeted by my fist name and treated with respect. This particular rental was to pick up a riding lawn mower at a local Home Depot, less then 2 1/2 miles from home and just outside our development, approximately a half mile away is a U-Haul dealer. Nonetheless, I drove that 6 + miles to rent from John. Just an all around nice person.
