Did not interact with any staff at this location. The Self Return in the app was excellent.
michael mThe trailer i rented specifically was for me to move electronic equipment in an enclosed trailer to be able to safely transport them. The trailer is NOT water tight and i will have to be replacing some parts and components as some have short circuited.
Cameron P1- I change the pick-up place because you change my first choice twice. 2- The cost was 2 time more than the price I hade wen I reserve. I will do anything for never had to use your service again.
Richard SI was charged more than the reservation price on dispatch. The dealer was very nice but could not complete my contract with his mobile device. I had to call customer service and have them dispatch me and they also couldn't honor the price I was quoted during my confirmed reservation. I had to call customer service 3 times to correct my drop off time and ask for them to make notation on my contract for the overcharged amount so I would be able to get reimbursed for my savings on the alternate drop they suggested at the reservation. I will say everyone was very professional on my customer service calls made and the Kissimmee drop off did take care of my reimbursement with no issues due to notes made on contract from calls made to customer service. All and all other than about 2 hrs spent between waiting at dispatch and calling cs the rental went well and the truck was extremely clean for a dealer. Just a little frustrating with calls having to be made for overcharge .
KATHERINE MTHIS IS NOT THE DROP OFF I SELECTED ONLINE AND WAS UPSET WHEN I WHEN TO THE PLACE I PICKED FOR DROPOFF AND WAS REDIRCTED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I ALWAYS RENT FROM UHAUL AND THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
Theresa NSize of lot for trailer parking. And the grade of parking lot for trailers, the lot has a grade steep enough to allow trailers to roll after disconnecting from the vehicle.

Tammy EHe had to "reinspect" the trailer hitch so he took it apart completely and reattached it. WELL IT FELL OFF WHILE I WAS GOING 15MPH AND WHEN I HIT THE BRAKES IT SHOVED UNDER MY CAR AND GOT STUCK. It was a very dingy dirty establishment and we returned the trailer an hour or so before my time, yet he wouldn't give us a receipt. He said "I would get one tomorrow" and yet still nothing. Garbage people, garbage place.

john gNot move my location the night before to a location even further away from me, and on top of that, to a location that DIDN’T have the dolly that I paid for and desperately NEEDED. Without that dolly, I had to make an extra trip to go pick someone up to help me move the things I needed. Plus, driving to the other location added about 20 extra miles in total onto my trip that I then had to pay for…
DUSTIN PI was quoted a price from UHAUL and was later charged $260.57 above the cost I was quoted. I was intentionally overcharged by Bargain Hunters UHAUL.
Vic HThe lock was very hard to get open. The truck was not in the spot that the app told me it was. I also requested a dolly with the truck and it was not there. I had to go to another location to pick up the dolly.
Michael KEmployee didn't know how to use the system, or hook up a trailer or how to check the trailer. I did the entire hook up and checking put trailer with lights and the right rear light didn't work. Before opening a location should give proper training instead of throwing a employee into a job they dont know how to do.
