Bonk SI had two days rental on my truck. I only had the truck one day, so I was turning in the truck early. I pulled in just as the manager was closing. He was angry at me for arriving at 6:30 p.m. closing time, making me feel like a child. He hopped into the truck. I tried to follow U-Haul's instruction by trying to snap a picture of the mileage. The manager blocked my camera with his hand, telling me I did not need to take a picture. He nastily told me that he was saving me money, because I could be charged $20.00 for being late. I tried to tell him that I was actually turning in the truck one day early, because I still had 24 hours left. I was turning the truck in on a Thursday, and my 2 day contract was good until Friday. But he waved me off as if I were lying to him.. This manager doesn't speak english well and seems to lack customer service skills or people skills. I think that next time I rent a truck I will return it to a different location.

Sedell BSome of those trucks are too big for regular people to be driving they need to have a CDL for some of those trucks so accidents do not happen people like myself find it very hard to maneuver this truck

FRANCISCO Fhomeless people surround this place. One was using the “restroom” right by the front door in broad day light. Watched the owner sell a crack pipe labeled as “tobacco use only” to a homeless person who was not at all using it for tobacco purposes right outside of the establishment. I would never recommend this place nor would I ever rent from this place of “business” again.

GONZALO PHis attitude was horrible. I witness his poor behavior with his patrons as well. Very condescending, talking down to people. The storage yard is deplorable with his dogs running around, didn’t feel safe at all.

ED PRepresentatives at this location were extremely rude. Would not allow me to rent a dolly with my trailer. Upon returning the trailer. I was accused of stealing the dolly (that I was not allowed to rent to begin with). He was extremely insistent that I took it . He then became very loud & even more derogative towards me . He continued to pressure me into signing the receipt charging me for a dolly that I never had. 10 outta 10 for the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never return

Kenneth CThe man helping me was extremely slow but definitely a nice guy. He could use another worker at that location in the am. The trailer I rented had lots of small pieces of tree bark. I swept it all out but it should have been swept out before I got there. Having said all this, I would go back and rent that trailer again.

Glen GThe van was dirty. The AC didn’t work. There was no lock in the back because it was broken. The door didn’t close all the way and it smelt inside and the seat was ripped. The guy didn’t explain anything to me. The window was so dirty, I could barely see out of it, it was 105° outside and the guy watched me drive off as he knew the air conditioner was not working. I asked him to give me a little bit off my bill and he did nothing. I understand that banning California can be a little rough but I paid 100 bucks to rent that thing for a couple of hours and it was terrible .
Deanna MMy pick up location was changed by U-Haul to another location 7 miles further from the original location. When the location was changed, the pick up date was also changed by U-Haul to a day earlier than originally reserved. I had to call the new location to get the date corrected and I had to work it out with "Super Bargain Outlet" to not be charged for two days. I waited at Super Bargain Outlet for 40 minutes to get the rental checked out even after I did the pre-checkout procedure. Please note that I was the only customer he had and it still took me 40 minutes of waiting to get the trailer. When I tried to return the trailer, I again had to wait (15+ minutes) for the person to return from his lunch in 107 degree heat. I would warn customers to avoid this location!
David NThe clerk was rude and tried to get a customer to translate to me in Spanish, I said I speak English, and I tried to explain I want to re- check out the dollys, he asked why? I tried to explain… I said never mind , I’ll go elsewhere.

john rThe first truck has a cut Cadillac converter. We had to switch. Caused a delay. Then the guy tried to double charge me for two days. The truck was back early. Never use that location again. The guy hardly spoke English. Was incredibly slow to get us checked out. Terrible customer service at that place.

Carlos OThe back of the truck wasn’t swept out when we got the truck and the appliance dolly wasn’t in the truck when we picked it up. Fortunately there was an employee on-site even though they weren’t open yet. Otherwise great experience.
