The only issue was when I went to pick up the 26’ truck from my reservation it wasn’t there it was at a different location much farther away. I think it’s important to check a day early just in case they changed your pick up location.

Trucks are parked in a lot far from main building and 24/7 and was very inconvenient. Agent at Sunshine Self Storage did provide satisfactory customer service though.

Jeffrey BUse a newer truck. Ours had about 150,000 miles +. Would have been dangerous if I had to have used it on an expressway. Luckily it was used only locally. Steering was difficult to control. Right tail light was not working.
Carlos DI wanted to make sure the rental unit was checked out before I left so I would not get any surprises. The assistant said they would check it over later. It would have been nice to have the unit checked before I left the premises.

Miguel YBe careful of this place. I literally put 38 miles on the vehicle, I replaced the gas that I used, and they still charged me $16.38 fuel charge which I disputed. Be sure to take a picture of the gas needle before you pull off. Also the low oil light stayed on which means they have not serviced the vehicles.

CARLOS II found out on the day of my move that no truck was available at the preferred location on my reservation. Had to travel 24 miles to get a truck! This made me very angry, and because of this, I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone!
