This was the first and last time I will rent at this location when I attempted to return the truck. I was told leave the key in it before I dropped it off. I replaced the fuel that I used and now my bill showed it only had an eighth of a tank when I brought it back up to a quarter tank which was indicated when I picked the truck up no more than I actually drove it. There was no way that all that mileage that showed up on my bill was mine . I feel cheated, putting this bad experience behind me and will not recommend this location. I will actually tell people not to rent from this location.
James LintzThe self check in did not work at all. It had an internal error several times when I tried to add my contacts. When called for help I got a robot that took my number but never got call back. Thankfully the first agent gave me the direct number. Called back and got help. But then the website got stuck when I had to re-enter my DL. So after an hour and 20 min I went inside the convenience store. I wasn’t told that the clerk could help me because I originally was checking in before they open. He got me taken care of and said the U Haul system was having problems probably due to volume. I’d suggest improving the system so that in Saturday mornings, probably the busiest time of the week that people check out moving trucks, that it can handle the volume.
Robb AlemanThe AC wasn’t working and when I notified the representative they didn’t offer anything. So, I moved in the blazing heat with no AC , and it seems like nobody cared. I emailed Uhaul direct, and haven’t heard anything back. Why not????

William HallAfter ordering a week in advance we did not get the truck we needed, paid for dollys and didn’t get them. The lock was busted on the truck. There was literally NO gas in the truck (luckily we picked ours up from a gas station). We were suppose to get the truck at 6 am and they canceled our order and we had to redo another order for 7 at a different location. HATED EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR UHAL EXPERIENCE!
Tyler GibsonDO NOT DO THE "MOBILE SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT"! You have been warned. The "Mobile Sign-In/Out" thing is a joke. I'll spare you the details but after almost an hour, including talking to multiple people at Uhaul corporate (where ever they were), I still could not check out the truck because of the Uhaul people (and maybe website issues) who were supposed to make the "mobile" thing happen. In desperation I went and talked to the gas station attendant. When he understood I already had a reservation for THAT truck in the parking lot (which the "mobile" Uhaul people had previously confirmed) he had me on the phone with a local Uhaul dealer who had me out the door key in hand IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES. These two guys really saved my day. Gas station attendant: 10/10 Local Uhaul dealer: 10/10 "Mobile" rep named Brianna: 3/10 Corporate customer service rep: 5/10 1st problem: The location ability of the website apparently uses Google maps data. When I was sitting in front of the rental truck Google showed the location to be a block away. Which meant I could not accurately verify my location. When I drove down the road to where Google maps said the location was, the online "Mobile check in" verified I was at the location.......a block away from the truck.. 2nd problem: When Brianna was verifying my docs, she declined my docs and closed the "Mobile check out" without a way of resolution or a way to communicate with her. Customer Service rep said Brianna didn't like the photo of ID I submitted. HUGE problem is Brianna never asked for a re-submission of ID or a way to work past this technical issue. 3rd problem: Customer service apparently is not empowered by Uhaul to help you through the verification process themselves.
Benjamin EppsThe uhaul was only 1/2 full of gas. The interior cab still had trash in it. I open up the back to start loading furniture and it was disgusting! Three bags of leaking stinking garbage!!

Lucas CrawfordThe mobile pickup didn’t work even though it was offered on the app. Since I couldn’t use the mobile pickup it made me 3 hours late for my reservation and was cancelled. Then it was fixed. Then it was cancelled while I had the truck. I was told to “drive very carefully” when returning it because I had the truck, but my contract was invalid. Terrible experience.

jeff mathisThis place needs a computerized system to log in truck returns and fuel levels. I'm having to contact customer service because of a rental I returned during the morning hours, but the clerk didn't enter it into the system until almost 17:00 that evening. So, yeah... it'll probably take two weeks before their inaccurate overcharge is returned to my card! Highly pissed off!

James InschoThis was the worst experience I’ve had with moving moving and using this company. The truck was not at the original location outlined in email. I had to drive 30 miles to discover that the truck wasn’t there. Then, I had to drive 40 miles in the opposite direction to pick up another truck. Next, I had to drive 30 miles opposite of that location to pick up the car towing. I had to pay extra money to loading movers for being late. After getting packed, I wasn’t able to make it to my destination by the original scheduled time. I was scheduled to be in TX at 8am the next morning. Due to the inconvenience, I was not able to move into my new apartment before they closed. I had to spend the night on the uhaul until the following morning. I did not have additional funds to purchase a hotel. Any emergency funds I would have had was spent on the additional time the loading movers had utilized to get things packed due to the time conflict. The next day, i had to reschedule another moving date and time with the unloading crew in TX. I had to pay additional money for missing my original appointment due to the time inconvenience imposed by uhaul company. During the process of trying to rectify the situations I spent approximately 5 hours total in wait time to speak to a customer service representative. I filed a complaint and was told I’d hear from a representative with 48 hours. It is now 72 hours later and to no avail. I have greatly inconvenienced in time and financially.
Orlando WilliamsThe truck 🚛 was nasty inside with ants and fingernail clippings. This truck was disgusting I called customer service waited online for 30 minutes and hung up. I would have brought the vehicle back but everything was time sensitive. I told the gentleman that works at Sunnys 7 that I had a problem with the cleaning of the rental.
Eric ReeseTruck doors were locked and location staff couldn't find the keys. We had to wait over 30 minutes to be able to pick up the truck. Then, there was no dolly or furniture dolly, both of which I asked for. (Even though I wasn't charged for them, it was disappointing.) The cargo/back of truck was dirty and had leaves and sand in it.
Erica KemmerThe man who gave us the UHAUL was very rude, the door was rusty and he would not help and we were struggling to get the uhaul attached correctly to the ball and he said there is nothing he can help with after we rented the trailer. 2/10 would not go back here.

Carson MossThe owner of this location was rude and disrespectful. He asked me to move to the side (rudely) so he could wait on someone else while his worker was trying to assist me. He treated me as if the $300 I spent on a truck was not important so he could collect $1.95 for a soda from another customer. I voiced my dislike of his treatment toward me. He told me that was my opinion. He has the personality of a wet dish rag!! The owner needs to be educated on good customer service or get out of the business.

Xavier ThorntonI have no issue with the location that I pick up the truck. They were helpful and courteous., The issue I have is with U-Haul.. I registered to pick up at one location and they changed it to another location. I caught it and changed it back to the original location. Once again they changed it to another location Just to note each location change was further away so they could get more mileage out of you. They charged me for coverage that I declined. U-haul tries to get every penny out of you they can and that's not a company that I will spend my money with again.

Flew into town, my “reserved” truck was not available - stuff happens sometimes,......but the Interaction/assistance I received from Jaiden regarding the issue was surprising - unbelievably rude and indifferent..... On a positive note, another worker at the counter (said his name was “D”) was a total rockstar....I am a small business owner and I would not hesitate having him represent my company....don’t lose this kid!!! “D” said he was new with the company, was totally respectful, and appreciative of the error/issue regarding my reservation and went extra steps to get me accommodated (this would include the dispatcher he spoke with to help me (wish I knew her name, she deserves a shout out!!!!)....ended up having to uber to another location - costing me $80, and 2 hours later had a truck....although much larger than I needed/preferred to drive.... I have had many other good UHaul experiences...this was not one of them.
