When returning the truck, I was apparently driving too fast. When I apologized the dealer just kept going with it telling me someone complained about it. If I was that’s fine but if I can’t say my piece and apologize it turns from a conversation into and problem. Yelling at me in front of other customers isn’t ideal. So fuck Kumar, and fuck his shitty little gas station.

I have rented many U-Hauls this location was the worst by far the person running the rental not the store was the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with he threatened to take my rental away because I told him I was supposed to be charged the same for 6 hours as 24 at that point he threatened to make me go to a different location stay clear of this guy whoever runs this location he's the worst

I didn't have a reservation on a Sunday. The man at M&M was so nice. He said he didn't have any trucks available but could check. He made a call and viola a truck appears before I could curse myself for not thinking about calling ahead of time. Wonderful service. We were on the road and working in no time.

I received the truck on a empty tank put 35.00 of fuel in the tank. Returned the truck with a quarter tank. Thus giving you fuel without any compensation. Don't really feel that is fair. My suggestion is you deliver the truck with a full tank and recieve it back with a full tank. Thanks for taking my money.

I was charged 170.00 for returning my trailer here when it was a one way trailer and it took them 5 days to bill me this. I told them customer service told me to drop it there and to contact them with questions because someone messed up my reservation it was a one way. I'm beyond pissed I rent from uhaul all the time

Proprietors were very friendly, but I had to make all arrangements by telephone with someone else while on-site. Awkward. The truck ran well, but the emergency brake release was not functioning properly. It was difficult to release the brake.

No one on location at pickup knew anything about U-Haul rentals. Had to work with some guy over the employees phone while trying to hear over the store music.

Furniture dolly was not available even though reserved. It was removed from the bill correctly.

Didn't have the dolly or pads I needed. Truck had less the a quarter tank of gas. Truck also wasn't even sweeped out. There was broken plastic and pieces of trash in the truck when I picked it up.

We were supposed to be picking up equipment in Everett, not Marysville! UHaul should consider transferring equipment to make the customer experience less frustrating for customers.

I was charged for an extra day when the lady I talked to change my drop off location told me she wouldn't charge. The 20 foot truck took 3 trips for my 3 bedroom house, the capacity is a lie. I also had to drive an extra 35 miles, because no one was able to change my dropoff location. My wifes dad did the same exact move as we did using Budget and paid half the price, his house was 1.5 times the size of our house. Charged over $350 to go 120 miles at 1 day 11 hours. You guys will make over 1m dollars on each truck, this price is absurd. I would have just hired movers if I knew I was paying this ubsurd price.

RIPPED OFF!! There was a $30+ text messaging fee written into the agreement. This came as a surprise. I feel scammed and ripped off. Yes its in contract. But on the phone getting text, taking pictures of license, and in a hurry. I didnt read the fine print. I was told verbally about the $19.95 for 6hrs. And $1.39/ per mile increase to $1.89 on Fri-Sun. Never a verbal mention of a text messaging fee ( again YES it's written into contract). End of convo when verbally confirmed price of 19.95/day and 1.89/per mile . . . STILL no mention of a $30 text fee. I GOT ROBBED. Its un ethical, tricky business, sneaky, and dishonest!! I drove the truk 4miles had it for 1 hour and i was charged $73.46. THE FEE WAS MORETHAN MY COST TO RENT. I GOT ROBBED, DONT BE NEXT!!

The service was excellent, truck not so much. Had a rough time on the freeway once it was loaded. It was clean, but struggled getting up to even 55

I never saw the man who I was renting from. An employee at his store called him when we arrived to pick up the truck. Everything was handled over the phone. The employee took pic of credit card and drives license on their personal phone. Nobody offered us blankets or a hand truck. Back end hadn't been swept from previous renters. Was charged for two days although we brought it back within 24 hours of renting it. I called the owner he said he would refund us the one day charge but two weeks later still haven't seen it.

I was a little worried about returning the trailer. The gas station was closed when they should have been open. I ended up being able to get ahold of someone and they just instructed me to drop the trailer off where I picked it up from. I just prefer dealing with someone face to face. Other than that it was a pretty smooth process besides the return.
