Slow computer system, all the information I put in online we had to do again at the time of pick up, wasting too much time.
No Jack on trailer made it hard for representatives to hook up and take off

The app is not great. It cost me the online pickup by stalling and then telling me I had dispatched when I didn’t even have the keys yet. I would like a partial refund.

I liked the online check in process and the check out process. It was very easy to use and very straight forward on what I would be charged. The truck itself was good for what I needed it for. I was able to reserve 3 days before I needed it too. There were plenty of other locations as well that were available for different sized trucks which I appreciated. For smooth, simple process.

The trailer I rented was used and abused. I rented this enclosed trailer due to the weather. This trailer leaks bad and a lot of the things that I packed into this trailer got wet. Thank God nothing was ruined. I had a 100 year old grandfather clock and few other antic items.
