Gas was only half full. Took an hour and a half just to be able to get the uhaul due to keys for the one ordered not in lock box and had to switch to a much much bigger one. Experience over all was terrible and will not be using uhaul ever again

Need to fix he 24/7 truck rental app I spent almost 2 hours trying to get the van I enter & the app kept asking me to submit a picture of my drivers license & it kept wanting me to send a selfie. I ended up giving up & when I left the owner called me & that is the only reason I was añjß

My problem was not with this location but with the Noland rd location. I made my reservation several weeks in advance and when I arrived for pick up they didn’t not have the truck I needed and the closest truck was over 30 miles away. I was still expected to pay for the additional mileage and gas.

The place was cluttered, but it was easy to get into and get out with the trailer. The staff running the business were friendly and were pleasant to work with. I would rank that higher than if the place looked tidy.

I highly recommend this UHaul dealer. Another UHaul location closed early (before my scheduled pick up time) and left me in a real bind. I was frustrated while trying to work with UHaul's call and scheduling centers. Somehow this dealer saw what I was going through, reached out to me and stayed late so that I could get the rental that I needed. KUDOS to Sudheimer Motors for going above and beyond!

I got screwed on that whole deal and you guys charged me almost $200 for the 2 days. First off, i wasn't even able to check in on my phone with the starting mileage, but yet you guys are trying to say I went way further than I did, so I got charged hella, also I filled the gas back up to where it was when I got it, yet I got charged like forty more dollars. Just wanna let you guys know, that because of the final amount you charged me, I got screwed on my other bills for the month and now I can't even get caught up and also just to let you know, I'm a disabled single mother who gets no financial assistance from no where!! I have used you guys several times when I've needed a truck or trailer and this is the first time I ever got screwed like this and I promise you won't ever do it to me again, why, cause I will take my business elsewhere!! Hope you have a great day knowing you put even a bigger burden on my shoulders and because of it am struggling hella, but I'm sure you guys give no fucks about that cause it is not you, right???

Was really good experience! Was over charged by U-Haul but it was not the location fault however he did say he wasn't going to charge the destination charge but U-Haul charged it anyway. I recommend knowing your going to pay more than what U-Haul says your going to pay no matter what!

Rented a truck that when I got it wasn’t clean and barely had any gas, so I had to return it and get a different truck so I was of course charged both times for the rental 0/10 will never rent uhaul again

The trailer was perfect. However the truck is in dire need of maintenance. There is something loose in the steering system causing the whole truck to shake violently above 65 mph rendering all of the mirrors completely useless. As well as when you put the vehicle in drive the passenger side headlight goes out. So we had no headlights from Kansas City to Jacksonville Florida. Also it is leaking oil and burning it so you could smell burning oil the whole drive.

Best Uhaul experience i’ve had yet. Harrisonville uhaul considers it all. Really appreciated the lock on the back of the truck and getting me in a uhaul in short notice. Highly recommend.

Way too hard to get the large truck in and out of the designated parking spaces. I put 56 miles on the truck. Everything online says they will get 10-13 mpg. So I put in 6 gallons of gas and got it back to the level I started with. I even took before and after pictures. When I received the final bill, they charged me for 4 more gallons of gas. So they are saying I used 10 gallons of gas to go 56 miles. Only 5.6 mpg. Total BS. I'll never use U-Haul again. They ripped me off.

When I first got there, nobody was in the office. I walked through the office to the back of the car lot yelling to see if anyone was home. After about 30 minutes, a guy appeared out of nowhere. I asked if I was at the correct location and he said yes. After I got on the road I looked at the paperwork and it did not have my name on there. Once I saw that, I called the store to tell him that, and he tried to say I told him a different name. Why would I tell him a different name when I already pre-paid for the reservation under my name? He ended up sending me out with the wrong truck. When I originally left the store with the truck, the truck was completely empty of fuel. The guy said he was going to credit the reservation $51.00 and show that it's at 1/4 of a tank. To this time, I've never been credited with the $51.00.

I made this reservation on Friday, 07/22/2022, for Saturday, 07/23/2022. When I arrived at the Harrisonville location it was closed even though I was assured by Logan(the woman who helped me on Friday) that they opened at 8am and my scheduled time to pick up my rental was 9am. I stressed that I did not want to do the mobile pick up. I called uhaul and they informed me I was signed up for a mobile pick up. I was never notified there had been a change in how I was to pick up my rental. The representative sent me a text message with a link so I could create an account and pick up my rental… After signing up and creating my account, there were no rentals or reservations on my account. I then had to call back and another representative had to enter my reservation twice. I was told I would get $25 off, an extra day and 15 more miles added to the 52 miles allowed… This made it to where I would drop the truck off on Monday 07/25/2022 and would have a total of 68 miles allowed. I received a text message stating the new drop off time but never received a new contract…. When I tried to drop the truck off Sunday night 07/24/2022, my account said I had no rentals or reservations again. I had to call a representative again to drop the rental off and she had to manually enter notes into the account. Now that I have dropped the truck off I was charged 22 extra miles when I was given 68 miles as my mileage allowed. Total miles were 75. Can I please have this resolved?? The truck was unlocked, the keys were in the wrong box, and it took almost an hour to get everything resolved. No one was there to help so I had to call in , be put on hold, etc. twice. In addition, there was no heads up about proving who I was once I got there. No one carries passports, lease agreements, etc. with them. I’m lucky I had two people with me to verify. Also, what was the point of uploading my driver’s license ahead of time? I had to do it again when I got there in addition to taking a selfie with my gps on. Finally, I added an appliance dolly to my original order. When I looked at my confirmation it changed to a regular dolly. I updated it to the appliance dolly, saved it, went back in my reservation to verify, and it showed accurately. Guess what -I finally got to the moving location and there was NO dolly. Somehow it wasn’t on my reservation at all! App is terrible!!

I originally reserved a 10' from the Butler location but they did not meet my expectations for service. Harrisonville U-Haul was able to reserve me a 10' within a day and the man who helped me (didn't catch his name) was polite and very helpful with my rental process.
