Jason AKristen was AWESOME to work with. She relocated our whole family in the last 12 months to Lakeland Florida and there were no problems an d when it came to us moving she got us 2 trucks with NO PROBLEMS. She was awesome to work with and her CUSTOMER SERVICE was out of this WORLD. Please give this girl a raise or praise with your company. She worked very hard to get us our trucks here in HAstings so we did not have to travel to get them. She made sure we had all the blankets we had requested which was 96 blankets.

MOHAMMED AThis location did not have our blankets or any of the extras that we ordered. The back of the cab was not cleaned out. Our movers said they have never seen it like that before. We also were alerted less than 24 hours before that there was no rig in Kearney, NE and having to drive round trip an hour and a half prior to the moving was not welcome.

VIRGINA cPicking up from this location made our move to Nebraska a breeze. The staff was very friendly and helpful they even let us use the dolly at no charge. Will be recommending this location to anyone needing U-Haul services.

kenesaw sNothing, really. The service was good, the staff was friendly, the truck worked like we needed it, but the location is a little muted, and it seemed a bit awkward to access. However, it is on a main street, and a straight shot from my house. Now that I know where it is, I can't imagine I will have problems finding it if I need it again.

ANNA AWe always use this company for our company's rental needs and have never had a issue. trucks are always well maintained and cleaned. Never any issues with them. Always nice to work with.
FASTERNAL FUhaul was filthy and I was lied to about the fuel. The gas guage was just under full, but I had no frame of reference as to what it normally registers. I only drove 64 miles, but when I filled it up the guage went way past full and it took 13.8 gallons. So it was not full when they told me it was. There was soda spilled all over in the cab and the seats were filthy.

UPS DThe lady got us some money back on our rental was very kind and supportive to us. I should her the pictures of the tire on the trailer and the receipt for the extra hotel room we had to get due to the crapping trailer. We will definitely rent from them again. She went above and beyond to get us a small refund of our money back. She apologized for the other crapping dealer in Florida which was not her fault at all. Thank you again for being kind and helping us out on this matter.

Iva PEverything worked out fantastic. Used the trailer, dropped it off that night after hours. Called Monday morning, made sure they saw it, they said yep, for the money this is the only way to go.
