The process of checking out a vehicle is very confusing and the app is very glitchy. It glitched right when I was at the part where I get the code for the lockbox and it registered in the system that I got the keys but I didn't. It took over an hour to reach a human on the customer service line to then read me the code. I will probably never use the online system again.

Dropped off trailer during store hours, there was a sign on the door stating a family emergency, called the number, told us to leave the trailer. Two days after dropping it off, got a text asking what time we are gonna drop off the trailer, contactsd uhaul and they informed me that it had not been checked in, they called the location, call the area manager, no answer. She called the number that we had called and spoke to them and was informed that he was just covering and actually didn't work at that location. Lack of communication and lack of parking makes it a location I would not recommend.

Let us know why we are being charged extra before we are charged. Or just let us know I'm general. We payed and filled gas and dropped off the u haul on time and we were charged an extra 20$ the next day

After driving across country I arrived at the designated drop sight and was told I had to go find a different location. I expected the drop location to take care of transferring to a location with available space rather than putting it back on the customer to accommodate the poor planning. Customer focus in general does not seem to be a priority.

The 800 Uhaul number saved me. Apparently my reservation was set for in office, but closed on Labor Day. The folks at the 800 number changed it over to 24/7 and worked me through the process. They were great.

Everything went fine and the equipment was just what I needed to tow a broken truck home. A little bit of trouble getting out of the storage area due to some miscommunication and just general busyness but would certainly recommend this location.

The web sit is very confusing. The location I scheduled the pick up for was changed and I was not notified When I was informed of the actual pick up location I was informed the pickup location was changed 2-3 time including a location 50 miles away from the location I wanted.

The driver side mirror was broken, no fault to the manager since the repair request had been submitted. However it did make maneuvering the truck between lanes and backing up difficult

We had to download an app to get the truck at 4:45 on a Saturday. The code the app sent didn't work. The “help line” is staffed remotely and the person who was helping had a screaming child in the background. We had to verify our info again (three total times) and it took 30-40 minutes before it could be done. It was a hassle. No customer service skills.

I booked the appointment in advance and got a phone call an hour before my appointment telling me they were going to close early (10am on a Saturday in a college town during moving season.... really smart business acumen). She asked if I could come in early, so I did, left my house immediately getting there half an hour before the appointment and 15 minutes before she said she was leaving. I arrive to find an empty building, another group of potential customers all gathered in the parking lot wondering how they were supposed to pick up their rentals as well. She left my keys there in the lockbox thankfully, but under the code LATE. So I make it to the establishment outside of my appointment, before she said they would close, and then I'm still left to download the app and rent the vehicle on my own anyway. I should have gone down the street to the other business location ran by different people like the other customer did. They came back and got their box truck faster with the representative from the different location faster than I was able to download the app, create an account, take a boat load of pictures and check myself out and back in. Overall, I'll not be using uhaul in the future if it can be avoided. What a joke, absolute nightmare. The fact I did all the check out and check in work myself without consenting to it previously and wasn't offered any sort of inconvenience fee waiver or discount is just appalling. I can't stress how disappointed and frustrating the whole process was. If you can, just rent from Home Depot instead and save yourself the headache.

Key access was back of truck. Getting the lock off the back hatch was very hard. Took about 10 minutes to finally get it undone. Nearly derailed the entire thing!

The only thing that needs improvement is the app when trying to sign in when typing in password there was always an error that password did not belong to account. Kim is amazing and friendly never have a problem I normally do business with her and will continue in near future. I would recommend to friends and Family.

This location was closed on a Monday but called and was allowed to drop the trailer and they checked it in Tuesday afternoon.

I had a lot of issues with the online system. I have no complaints about the location, but the system wouldn't show my reservation until I called customer service (who were friendly and helpful) and then when I needed to return the vehicle, it said the drop off location was a different location from where I picked up the vehicle, then when I arrived at the new location and selected "return vehicle" it said it was supposed to be at the original location. So I was forced to drive across town twice, due to an error in the online system.

Kim at Store It Wise in Greeley was very considerate as I had to move the pick-up day a few times. The truck I rented was good and the "car transport trailer" was worked well. Since I had to drive on I-25 through Denver, there can be challenges, but no issues with the trailer or the truck.

so ask for 4days 600miles and asked if i did not use all miles if i would get a return/refund for the miles not used she put it to 750mile not 600mile of that i only used 200miles the hold on card was total $402tax $355 befor next day i had $113 was given back/not taken... how is it that 200 miles cost more than the 550miles that i did not use!!!! please give all funds due back that fall into this discrepancy. this was in state out of town return to same pick up location and full tank... should have cost me $150-200

Took over 1hr to check in truck. Had 4 phones, only 1 could get service at that location. That phone was spotty at best. Waited on phone for over 25 minutes, never did reach a live person. But Kim, customer service checking out at location was excellent.

Internet booking is a joke. I placed the order for a 20 foot truck. It did not tell me they only ha e a 15 and it defaulted upon checkout. Skyline movers told me it always happenes booking online. So this negative re irw is for the booking service. The last was very pleasant

We had given the addresses from pickup to drop off and the miles we were given were less than the trip, so we ended up paying much more. What's the point of giving locations if we still get charged more for the mileage.

This location at Westmoor was not the original location for my pick up it was 3209 10th.street Greeley Colorado. The manager at that facility was rude and uninformative to my questions in understanding the online process. The key was not left in the lock box so I was redirected to the store at Westmoor. The manager there was extremely courteous and helped me finally get a truck. The truck itself had problems with the latch and an obvious accessible gas tank. Upon return the online system failed again. I had to make multiple calls to customer service. It was tedious and long. When your tired and stressed it just added more pressure to my experience. I was suppose to get a call back from customer service but that didn't happen either. I have always used U-Haul with my moving needs but after this I'm not sure I will. Thank you.
