Beware of this location when renting a moving truck . They charge over 50 a gallon if the moving truck is brought back with fuel below what the level the truck was taken. I refilled the fuel to the level and they said the fuel was below that level. They used a empty dirt lot next to the building to check the fuel level. When you call them out on it, then all of a sudden the truck was now dirty They charged me a cleaning fee. Don't rent from this location.

I was over charged, and unauthorized charged was made by uhual. I also returned the unit before 5pm after filling up the gas. And the young fellow refuse to accept my key while there was customers inside. So i put key in drop box left unit with more gas/fuel then i received.

Starting with what I mentioned above that I had to drive all the way to Victorville - and you have 2 locations on Palmdale road in close proximity. The first one we drove to flat out told us they do not accept trailers and this second told me they don't have really "good space" for trailers, and I would have to back up into a very tight spot. Now I know how to drive a trailer, so no issue there but I would imagine the average renter that does this one-time would have trouble with that. In addition, the female assistant told me she was not able to lift of the trailer of the hitch. So I was forced to do this myself, which is very heavy since the trailers are not equipped with a foldable trailer lift jack/wheel, which I can;t understand in the first place. Had I been allowed to drop of the trailer at my desired location in Helendale, I would have had excellent service and no hassle.

maintain the vehicle better, I got a 15' truck with almost a 150,000 miles on it... it felt like the motor mount doesn't exist ! As soon as I got on the freeway and tried to go above 50 mph I could feel the whole engine vibrating and through out the whole drive the cabin got realy hot from the engine. It seemed like the car is not functioning right. The whole drive was 210 miles and I ended up with 98 dollars of gas , which is 22 gallons. In simple calculation, that is not a normal consumption. Over all: 1.Old car that should not go on the freeway before a major engine check-up. 2. Not fair for the client that is paying more for gas than necessary. MAKE YOUR VEHICLES WORTH THE MONEY YOU CHARGE FOR THEM. SHAME ON YOU.

Fix the trucks!!! Im surprised the truck i rented even made back. I almost got into an accident because the brakes are bad and the engine was shaking the entire truck like it had misfires. Anytime the steering hit a bump it would try to death wobble.

I was charged 20 dollars more with out notice and was told by a gentleman that its to keep the surrounding market up. Office woman was excellent. My unit was dusty and when i went to pick up things uhauls were making it complicated to even get to my unit
