We were given no option for dropping off the trailer at a U Haul location in town, driving about 30 miles to M&D feed store to drop off the trailer, passing the local U Haul location both ways, wondering why we couldn't drop it off. At M&D, they told us where to put the trailer and I had to unhook it and roll it back and down a slight incline to where they told me they wanted it, being drug a bit to keep it from smashing into the fence. I'm 71 and I"m writing this review at 1:30 AM because the leg cramps I'm having as a result are keeping me awake.

Robert HThe windshield was so dirty I couldn’t see out of it at night with oncoming traffic. Also, both the doors had the seals loose causing the driver door to pop open once during driving. This truck needs some work to ensure it is safe for people to use.

Sandra HMike wasn't able to complete transaction without incident. I was overcharged for my auto transport and $75 extra was taken out of my bank account beyond what I was verbally charged. I didn't sign anything nor was I given a copy of the contract to look at before I left with the equipment. I would like a refund of my $75. I'm a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income.

Jasper SAfter completing a online reservation for a trailer pacifically put in location drop off was charged one amount for 2 days then contacted told that was incorrect price for the rental ask to bring back trailer one day later from a two-day pay no reply from management as to refund or anything what bad and poor experience I would recommend not using U-Haul whatsoever
