The location was great no issues. My issue lies with uhaul itself. The scheduling of my movers from moving.com. I rented a truck for 24 hours on 10/28 along with movers. From some stupid reason uhaul changed my date and booked movers for 10/29. Why in the world would I need movers AFTER I TURN IN THE TRUCK!

Big issue I had with uhaul as a company is that I reserved a 26’ truck well in advance and I wouldn’t have called on 8/6 to confirm my unit I wouldn’t have known that a truck was NOT available until I showed up at 630am to pick up. This is shameful during a stressful like moving. Local location saved the day by coming in early to clean and have a 20’ available.

Troy DMy dad ( Ronald Moore) went in to pay the bill and arrived at 11:10 and the lady was walking out and told him that he could pay his bill online and that they closed at 11:30. She didn't offer to go back in and take his payment. I am looking online to see how to get this paid for them but I can't find a total or option to pay. Very Frustrating! Wouldn't have taken the lady much time to just take his payment and be done with it, especially with it being 20 minutes before they were suppose to close anyway.
Ronald MI first made reservations for truck rental at u-haul wanda’s Flea market on heat 51 in Mccomb,ms about 2weeks ago. I show up to pick the truck up. Uhaul rental business is closed. I call the owner & she said my reservation was not in compter. I watched the girl down load my data in the computer with a committment to picked the rental @3:30 pm. I get a call from home office in Jackson ms to pickup the truck @ 2:00 pm. I then had to call another u-haul dealer and luckily this is where my reservation was sent to! I had no one call me. I located the truck due to my dilgence and it was dirty inside. The lady at Storage solutions was nice! uhaul Corp. should revoke Wanda,s handling there business!
dale pWe picked up outside of normal business hours and spent a lot of time on the phone with 24/7 service. If the email would have contained instruction on how to ensure your location on your phone was configured correctly it would have avoided a lengthy call and the hold time was excessive. The service rep on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Michael RThe pickup location was nice. But the customer service line to help was awful. It was not a good experience. The emergency line , was answered by a man who “ didn’t work for uhaul anymore” so we were stranded for a while. The lady at the Hattiesburg location was helpful and compensated my unit that was “ unrentaable” so she upgraded for free. Nice.

Randall TWhen I picked up the trailer Kathy (the agent) said there was a notation that UHaul would like it returned to a Hartford location rather than my local office which wouldn't have been a problem. But when I called the 800# there was no record or note of that in the system.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsThis rental was handled primarily by people on the 1-800 line. The employees could not have been any nicer. Each one I talked to was very professional, kind, and helpful. The entire process went as smooth as anyone could ask for and I was very pleased.
Dale SPicking up the truck and transport was much harder than it should have been. Communication goes a long way! It was the worst experience ever.
