I have used this uhaul location for several moves. Equipment is always good. The managers are very attentive to details. They will help you decide even things you don't need. That's rare.

Robert BSeats were very uncomfortable. When truck returned, dealer wanted me to put it in a specific place and was put out. Would not refund lock purchase that was in original packaging. No refund of any kind for two days early being back. When truck was picked up in Colorado, everyone was very accommodating and pleasurable.

Victor Geven my contract here says $63 yet i was billed $81 why?? and why was i not offered the typical $49 unlimited mileage deal? this was very every expensive for a truck with low tire pressure and engine light on..will never be back.

Mary CI originally reserved a pick up at another location that only offered drop off/pick up service. Everything was supposed to be mobile. I never received the email to set up the pick up so was unable to get the truck from that location. I called the 800 number and the agent transferred my reservation to the location on Old County Road 54. I wish I had just done this from the start! They were super friendly and offered great service. I will definitely return to them the next time I need to rent a UHaul.

Brian DTruck had ants so wasn’t fun driving and them crawling over me. Also ac seemed to go in and out.
MIGUEL RThere were ants inside the cabin and inside the doors. Prob from where the trucks are parked but the interiors need to be sprayed. Otherwise, nice doing business here. Truck was clean and cold a/c which was great! Easy pick up and convenient after hours drop off.
Michael PThe check in/out online is ridiculous, make it faster or hire someone to do that job! It took almost 15 minutes to do a self checkout because it too so long for all of the pics to load (I was in 5G) update the software or something. After a long errand that bs was very frustrating.
