The u haul app is terrible. It's slow, glitchy and crashes. Experience was so bad I will not be recommending your services to anyone and will be happy to share my experiences with them. I'm deleting the app. Customer service chat function on the app was awful as well. Really disappointed with u haul. I don't blame the location, it's the app

Charles SThe inside of the pick-up truck smelled damp and was not very pleasant. It was probably because of the cold weather and the vehicle not being used for sometime. A freshener would help.
Ravi LWalkways were not salted and I slipped exiting my car, staff seemed irritated to do their job, inaccurate information when receiving truck (example: don't have someone sign paperwork on gas levers before letting them see gas level and don't lie about how much gas in in the vehicle. ) After hours return process was not explained and tedious.

david sI revieved the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. I returned the truck with slightly under 1/4 tank, and was charged 62.00. I took a picture of the fuel gauge. Also received a call 2 days later asking if I returned the truck, when I left it exactly where I said I would, and the same lady who checked me out saw me.
Joseph WI made a reservation for mobile pickup however the truck I reserved was locked behind a gate with the storage containers and no one knew the code to get in. So I was unable to get the truck. I had to wait until the next day until they opened which put me behind A LOT. I had to cancel an important appointment and was very upset about it. When I finally got the truck the dolly I rented was not in the truck. I was very disappointed and angry. And when it came time for me to get my $50 guaranteed refund for my reservation not being correct or ready. I had to call UHAUL because I was only refunded $25 at first. Next time I’ll just use budget.
Kaitlin WThere was no one at the pickup location until an hour after pickup time. By then I was forced to use the mobile reservation check out. Had to delay my movers and keep the truck longer past return time. Which meant no person to go over all this with upon return. The mobile check in process was confusing and I wasn't even sure I did it right until I saw a receipt this morning. Very uninformative. Uhaul customer service was not super helpful through the process and any activity to make the process work rested solely on me, the customer. Very poor.
Julie LYou charged me for 3.3 gallons of gas and I already put 1.8 gallons that = 5.1 gallons. I only went 10 miles. 1.8 gallons should have been sufficient. unless the truck only gets 2 miles per gallon. I feel that I was ripped off.
brenda gFiled a complaint and waiting for some sort of refund. Equipment was not only very dirty but also continual problems with tire losing air and also running out of washer fluid half way when they knew I was driving over 2,000 miles, not to mention losing five hours of driving due to them being closed at the time my pick-up was scheduled. Had to wait til next morning losing five hours of planned driving time.

JIMMY BVery rude and unprofessional employee. He stated that they only making $0.75 cents commision from U haul and thus he careless about having U haul business or not. He kick me out of his store because he said business hours for U haul is over even if he is still open his office for business. This person reflect bad image about Uhaul. For sure we are not doing any business at this location whatsoever, and considering other options for our moving needs other than U haul because of this very bad experience.

Jason SThe windshield was very dirty. The glare at night was unacceptable. The head lights didn't point straight. I was driving in the rain and had a hard time seeing the road because of the windshield and head lamp alignment. VERY disappointed.

James FFriendly representative handled my paper work, went over time to bring rental back, cleaned windshield from ice n snow and I was ready to go.
DONNA LThe only thing I would think needs improvement is letting the customer know where to pick up boxes/tv box. A phone call with no voicemail isn’t very cool. Never got my tv box because they didn’t have them at that particular location and the guy said he doesn’t leave voicemails. Other than that everything was cool
Jason RHi , if u can train your employees on how to help customers load the car to the truck and to be friendly, instead I was given false information by that location that they would help loading the car, and when I got there they were very mean and after I got the truck they said, it’s your responsibility or go look for another location to help u witth that. It was BAD experience dealing with them. I had to search for different location on cherry hill rd to seek help. Logan was very helpful he is the one who gave me a hand to load my car on the trailer.

Jerome HTruck containted refuse in the bay and the dolly was unsecured and freely moving when I picked up the truck. I didn't know until I returned to my apartment and opened it. However the lady that finished the check-in process was professional, kind and courteous. Overall she was a ray of sunshine on an otherwise cold, wet, dreary and snowy day. Get more people like her and inspect the trucks before allowing the next customer to use it. Furthermore the drivers side seat beat only locked when placed in reverse in the lock and the no seat belt signal continued to go off regardless of it being locked in this manner it was not quite an assurance of safety. Proper vehicle repair and maintenance would have improved the experience as well. Thank you!
