Debbie MAllen was so professional and did an excellent job of explaining how the process worked. He got me what I needed and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He definitely knew his stuff. He was so polite and understanding and just put out an overall good vibe. The price for the rental was way less than I anticipated and was pleasantly surprised after completing my transaction. This is my second time renting from this location and I am definitely using them again if needed in the future. Kuddos to Allen for doing an exemplary job and taking care of all my needs. 👏🏼 If I could give more than five stars, I would. Well deserved.

Lucilo JI had to have roadside come out twice to fix the sliding door. Also it had rained while we had the truck loaded. My couch and it's cushions got soaked. When the mechanic came the 2nd time, he told me that was the 3rd time that week he had to work on that same truck for the door. He also said that it was obvious that the top had been scratched pretty bad by a tree or something in the past. Tried to file a claim and still haven't heard from them.

Nicole GThis location is horrible. I have reported the uncleanliness of their vehicles before. This was last minute and the only location available. The vehicle stinks and is filthy. There were roaches in another vehicle I rented before.

James LThere was cardboard and rope left in the trailer. There was no one helping to connect the trailer. The lot was primarily dirt and was very muddy. Between the weight of the trailer and the soft ground it was almost impossible for one person to lift and connect it.

akeem lI would not recommend the place or staff. I was scheduled to pick up vehicle at 8:30am via self-check upon arrival, couldn't checkin. Called the office and was informed 9am is when they come in. Waited until they dispatched arrived, however it see it was on ready for it and poor attitude. Finally, was attended and received the keys, however couldn't located the vehicle, needed to come back in an find the other employee to help. Just waisted valuable time and felt as they didn't care. Will not use the services in the future.

Bradly RI had to hook everything up myself while the employee watched and later discovered my trailer didn’t even have a license plate the whole time I used it and then employee had me unhook everything while he watched when I brought it back.
