Lori ETruck was clean and ready when I got there. But the phone number that is sent with the address of the location doesn’t work, as well as the one listed on google which is the same. I’m giving 3 stars because I was overcharged on the miles. They charged me 5 miles more than I drove. Even though I gave the truck back with 1/4 of gas tank more than requested and 10 hours before the return time.

YOUNES MIf a customer is a couple of hours late in returning the vehicle rented, you have no legal right to charge an additional day and turn around and rent the vehicle again making double the daily charge. Customers should have the option to keep the vehicle if so desired.

ALEX FStarting out with a full tank of gas would be nice, although I appreciate the discount provided for my vehicle's low gas level (one eighth of a tank - I had to stop for fuel after 20 miles of driving).
