Pick up was the best. When I returned the lady was very helpful. U don't have to improve on anything .

The U-Haul website had changed my pickup location without notifying me, but the owner at Spence Automotive was able to provide the truck I needed at the time I needed it. I will be working with Spence for my U-Haul needs directly from now on!
Parrott AYes the logistics are perfect except for the circle k gas station right there on the corner it's just not big enough to get in there, get gas and release your truck back to U-Haul.

MARY AHad the worst experience at this location. They gave me a Uhaul at 35 miles to the E told me if I bought it back at 1/4 they would take $30 off my bill. Well I did just that only for the guy to tell me I didn’t put 1/4 of gas in it like I don’t know where the 1/4 needle is and then tell me I can’t get my money back and hung up on me 🗣️NEVER AGAIN Very Unprofessional ‼️

DEBORAH SThe interior of the trailer (floor) was muddy, dirty!!!! Pick up location did not open trailer for inspection. Cleaning floor before loading delayed our trip by several hours due to washing and drying times.

FRANK DIt would be nice if U-Haul would ship some blankets around to different locations. I had to search 5 different locations to find blankets and even then there weren't enough.
