I tried to pick up this truck at Adam's Hardware in South Webster. The day before I needed it I was informed that one this size wasn't available there. Had to drive several miles farther to pick this vehicle up.

Jon SWould like to see some paper Uhaul floor mats just to keep the floor clean in the vehicle other than that it’s been great. Our location only has one pickup truck would like to see more availability for pickup trucks in our area. Only one truck within a 50 mile radius. Really like it that I have the option to rent a truck when I need one but most of the time the pickup truck is out or stays rented
PHILLIP SThe truck smelled horribly of smoke. If I hadn’t needed it so badly, I would’ve walked back inside and ask for a different one. If I did that I would have had to have taken a bigger one. The truck was a little dirty, but I didn’t mind that. Otherwise, it drove great, Was easy to return , and I would recommend to anyone.

JEFF Smy experience was very easy and excellent! in my opinion the trucks are easy to drive, easy to pick up, and easy to drop off. i even did the drop off system wrong, called customer service and they fixed everything for me so i wouldnt get charged another fee. also very affordable. i would use again!

Tonya SThe agent was very helpful when I couldn’t get the on line system to check in the vehicle. Luckily they were open when I got there. UHAUL get your logistics operation together. NO ONE WHO BOOKS 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE SHOULD EVER HAVE THE FEAR THAT THEY WONT HAVE A VEHICLE AVAILABLE.

John TTruck would not get out of 1st gear and cab had muddy floor. only used for 9m miles, so completed the task. Would rather have used a van took 15 ft truck as all available.

ROBERTO DI was disappointed with how rough the 26' truck rode down the highway. I had no idea it would be this bad. At times the inside of the cab would be violently shaking.
William GThe Unit had so many X X X all over it you could never see every defect at pick up to be sure they were marked. At my first gas stop I saw hail damage on engine hood that was not marked, It was not me, I return items better than I get them. I did have a good first experience.

Carl TIf they didn’t try to add an extra 100 miles onto your trip. Couldn’t check back in the truck because the uhaul website was down and customer service hotline was also down.
Kevin AI locked the truck & put the keys in the lock box before completing the on-line check out. I would have liked to upload pictures directly from my smart phone that I took before I began check-out, instead of only being able to take on the spot pictures while completing the check out process. I also was sent out to the truck to inspect a damaged truck without the curtesy of disclosure of the problem spots. It felt like a set up, to have to point out damages, even after I purchased the damage insurance coverage for my rental.
Michelle SThe only thing is was didn't want to kick in gears when I had it in drive. It was like it was in lst or 2nd. Eventually it kick into gear.
