When I got to my destination I learn that there was no break fluid in the auto transporter. That is very dangerous I have pictures for proof
Sonya SA store clerk was very helpful and helped me lift the trailer off of my truck, it was very very very heavy! And we struggled to not be injured! This is very dangerous and needs to be addressed by your safety department!

Chad WI reserved the Uhaul a week in advance in person. All my information was taken. Set for a mobile pickup at 7:30. Upon arrival the app is asking for all my information again. My work information, a referral and their information. Then trying to "locate gps" via the app that was not working. Turned off all settings then back on. Nothing. Walked back to the truck as it was 37 degrees outside. Tried live chat for help. They said the same thing. Turn settings off an on. 10 minutes later were trying to take my picture. Tried 9x. Nothing. Finally works. Scan id. Then says waiting for approval. Another 10 minutes customer service hung up on us. App finally says continue for lock box code. Get the code. Takes us another 12 minutes to get the lock off as it stuck in position. Finally got done at 8:08. 40 minutes after the supposed smooth pick up process. Please fix for future customers. Thanks
