Karl HThe location where the uhaul associate wanted me to drop off the trailer was in a dangerous area. I thought I was going to get hit several times. They didn't send me my email confirmation for me dropping it off and then tried charging me a late fee. I dropped the trailer off a day early. Had to call three times to get corrected. I will never drop-off there again.

Brenda JI was over charged, I was charged more than a round trip to Summer Creek/Humble area and more than a trip from FM 1960 to Broadway area. I went from 7023 Cullen to 12703 Folkcrest Way which is14 miles. Folkcrest Way to 5415 Northridge Dr which is 16 miles. 5415 Northridge Dr to 7023 Cullen which is 2.4 miles. I was charged $19.18 for something plus $81.52. This email receipt is very small, that you can't see items
Doris MFix the drop off key box.. it’s broken & it’s scary because nobody wants to turn in a key not knowing if it could be stolen out of the box since it’s broke, other than that.. no issues.

MORRIS DI told these people the hours in which I needed the rental, they did oblige however they did not advise me the time frame in which I needed the rental would count as two days. These people tried to charge me an additional 179$ on top of the 125$ I had already paid.

hugh kCustomer service was fine on booking the equipment but getting the trailer set up on the truck took longer than expected.. I had to come back in several times and asked to cancel my reservation before someone took loading my trailer seriously. Even than someone else equipment was loaded before mines even though I was there before them. 10mins to book 30plus minutes to be loaded..

latoya tI reserved truck online arrived at my pick up time and the truck was not available they put me in a bigger truck that was scary to drive. When I returned the truck they charged an additional 65 dollars with 50 being a fuel fee stating I received the truck at half a tank when I infact received it with slightly more than 1/4.
Alexandra LGentleman who hooked up the trailer was extremely helpful, even having to swap out electrical cables on the trailer. And when I returned it, he backed it into a tight spot for me, since I wasn't comfortable doing it. Should be 'Employee of the Month' !!!!!

Shampale EMan met us at our vehicle to instruct on where to pull in. We were in & unhooked in minutes. Verified all info with us. Very happy with service. If there was anything that could have been better, it would be signage. Wasn’t sure as we approached, where I should pull in. But we were met very quickly & told what to do.

cynthia sI felt a little rushed to return the truck because I requested 24 hours and did not receive that. I got 17 hours which was better than last rental (4 hours) and last minute. I appreciate the professionalism and courteous customer service. The best of all rentals that I have encountered in the past from any other location.
Helene RWas told the day before to arrive between 0800 - 0900 hrs. I arrived approx. 0758 hrs., and was told that no one would be available to initiate the paperwork for the rental until after 0830 hrs. Thus, I had to wait needlessly just because no one could let me know the day before to be there just after 0830 hrs., to process my paperwork. This was frustrating and a waste of my time just to be able to check out.

Melinda JOnly problem I had was that I reserved a truck for 1:45p and I didn’t get one until after 3p. It was really an inconvenience.
