Was a little confusing finding the actual location, I didn’t realize the place was upstairs in the corner but overall it was very easy and streamlined, we wanted the van to rent but got the 10’ instead but it worked very well with our situation.
Collin WardellThis drop off location was very difficult to find in a neighborhood that was filled with abandoned buildings, homeless people, and overall undesirable characters. I had to circle the office 4 to 5 times before I called and actually got through to someone who said they would come out to find me. I had just filled up the gas to the 1/4 tank level (where it was when I first picked it up) and by the time I dropped it off, the representative told me that since I was a literal hair below the 1/4 mark, that I would be charged for the fuel penalty! It was the icing on the cake of my already HELLISH experience with using Uhaul. I have used Uhaul on all of my moves (personal and for business), and I use uhaul often to fill up my RV with propane. After this experience, I can honestly say that I will NEVER visit another U-Haul store if I can help it.

Shannon EdwardsVery dangerous location with homeless people hovering as I picked up vehicle. Internet reception is too poor and incapable of successfully using UHaul app or browser for pickup. Truck service engine turned on while in route and I had to return it without successfully concluding task. UHaul did not refund the full charges.

Jose JuarezI got a call from one of uhaul reps told me to drop off the vehicle in this location. I got there at 510 pm it was dark no uhaul sign it was a empty parking lot with a lot of homeless people camping there and doing drugs i had to call back and ask were to drop it off the representative told in that empty parking lot and drop the keys in a lock box that is not even visible. I did that took pictures of the vehicle and tdrop the keys in the lock box.it was so Stressful. The representative tells me after to take pictures of miles inside cabin and back after i had drop the keys in lock box so i had to leave the truck there with out any return paperwork. This was bad experience for my wife kid and my self uhaul really need to fix this.

Luis AlcantarI would have liked to give a higher rating I had 15 minutes till closing time and they locked the door I went down stairs and came back then they turned off all the lights and I still had 10 minutes left they tried to act like they were not there so I waited at the door for 5 minutes more then they came to and got the key to the truck I was told to bring the truck back before 5 but they wanted me to go away so they could add the extra payment to my bill said I do believe they seen me pull up and locked the door early I feel almost scammed

Raymond WhittenburgTruck had no gas! It was dirty I left it with a quarter of gas! I took it the day before I got to my destination they were closed I took it again the next day I got no discount for taking it a day before! Oh well thanks anyway

DUSTIN HENISThe drop-off location was not easy to find at all! I had to go to another location, where the information about where to put the keys was not clear at all! On the phone, the person in charge wasn't helpful at all. I lost more than an hour trying to figure out where the drop-off location was and then to deal with the person on th ephone to convince them to authorize the relocaton to another center not too far away! Please improve this ASAP!!
