Daniel HVery helpful and friendly. We did an online reservation a few days before we needed the vehicle and received a call to conform date and location for pickup. On pickup day, we were able to get our truck and get moving within a few minutes.
Richard MWriting this review I feel bad not remembering the lady's name who helped me with my truck rental. She was thorough, friendly and maintains her truck with care (and has a healthy protective nature). The truck was perfect for my needs and performed as expected. This was my best rental experience and one of the best customer service experiences I've had across all industries. Highly recommended.

Steven SFor one stick to the terms requested by the customer. I found out 2 days before my reservation that the vehicle wasn't available as requested, and I know now why. Even though I agreed to the new terms I didn't know if I could return the vehicle at the prescribed time. I felt obligated since the renter kept telling me the vehicle had to be back on time. I called the renter as soon as I knew I couldn't have the truck back in time. She asked me in an urgent way "when can i have it back" I said possibly a half hour and we left it at that. My friend and I worked quickly to accommodate the rental ladies request but again I called her to let her know I would be even later and that I was on my way. She said don't worry about it that she would be there till 4:30 and make sure I fill the tank. She put under a lot of stress all for being able to keep that particular vehicle at her lot. One of the worst u-haul experiences for the selfishness of the rental operator to keep this vehicle as her own.

Jacqueline LThe lady, I think named Katherine, was great and went out of her way to be as helpful as possible. I was very happy with her costomer service. U-haul as a whole I very dissappointed with. I was suppose to pick up my truck at the beach avenue location in Marysville. U-haul sent me a message saying it would be there at 1030. When i arrived it was not there, the gentleman informed me this happens all the time, he seemed cool and it wasnt his fault. When I called u haul they told me that I was suppose to pick it up at an evergreen location even though I was looking at the message they sent saying it would be at beach ave. Will probably use a different company next time, or go through the same location because the lady was so accommodating which i really appreciated.

Daniel eI had put in a request for a few items, furniture pads, a couple specific sized boxes, and a hand truck, plus 15 ft truck and a vehicle carrier, (I later cancelled the trailer), but if I hadn't would have had to get 15 FT Truck, and Trailer, and supplies, except,hand truck, we not there as order. Not very convenient .
