This was an emergency trip. The dealer stayed open till I got there to pick up the car dolly on the 31st, and Let me return it on the 1st.

They rented my truck out we were there to pick up truck and it was rented out so we were told it would be there by noon so we drove back home about 40 minute drive one way got home got a call saying the truck was there so we drove back to get it 4 and a half hours later it put us behind about 5 and a half hours trying to beat the rain but we had to unload in the rain if we would of had it when we reserved it we would of beaten the rain but all in all the trucks was clean and drove nice I feel the hole reservation should of been comped

Fire Cody Thacker!!!!! The representative told me that I would be reimbursed for my unused days of the rental. Thus, he put extra days on the contract, and I was charged for them. However, the representative did not know that policy does not apply to one way trips. The proper thing to do would be evaluate my usage and charge me for my usage due to the representative's false statements. Cody Thacker believed it should be a negotiation to see how much I should be reimbursed.

The tire on our trailer went flat as soon as we loaded our vehicle and didn't want to take air.
