The notes indicated an alert that my selfie didn’t match my photo ID. My ID is 16 years old, of course I look different. I’ve rented from this location numerous times before, did online check in and never had an issue. This was super inconvenient!

Troy NA basic neighborhood dealer that did a good job despite some limitations- such as having only one person available to help and having no tools available to switch out my uhaul installed hitch. I’d recommend going to a more full service dealer in the future.

ShayAnn MActually read the fuel gauge. My contract said it was full and I forgot to check it upon leaving. Didn’t realize the tank was only half full until I was driving home after picking my flooring today. I only drove 62 miles but filled up the tank.
Thomas LThis is a satellite location they were not hands on like other facilities no one walked around the truck with me to check it out or to look at mileage. When I returned the truck no one walked the truck with me again or looked at mileage. I asked for a total so I would know how much I would be billed and I was told I would receive it via email and that he could not tell me. I wouldn’t recommend this store because the customer service isn’t available like it is at other stores I have visited.

Linda NEverything was amazing minus trying to verify yourself on the app. It takes extremely blurry photos when I know my phone is capable of taking very good and clear images. I ended up having to do the chat to get verified. Lost about 30 minutes trying to do that.
Daniel MI've rented from here a few times and the Check-out process is usually very slow. Not the people - people are great! - but the computer end of things. Not sure if it's the internet, the computer or the U-Haul site, but it takes a lot longer than it should to get in and out.
