John HublerRented out my reserved truck in error and had to go elsewhere for another truck that turned out to be closed when I was told by uhaul to go there. Got it worked out then had to return to this location to get a tow dolly. They hooked up the ratchet straps incorrectly and need replaced, frayed in spots. Not safe. Terrible job by both uhaul and the dealer

kimberly keysImprove check in process. I completed a pre-check in on line and had to go thru the entire process again. It took over a half hour to go thru the process. Also the stores computer wasn't working properly and the rep had to call U-Haul to complete. The location was in an area that wasn't comfortable comfortable for my wife an I to be in. Also, the rep tried to give me the wrong sized trailer. After we left with the trailer the rep called my cell phone and left me a voice mail asking me to call him back immediately that I didn't see until later that afternoon. When I called he wasn't there and "expected to be back in 10 minutes". I left a message and he never called me back. I have no idea what the problem was.

Marquesha clarkWhen I arrived to this location, I knew the area was not the safest so we decided to drop off in the morning hours. As we were finishing up the mobile check-in process, there were two individuals peering around the corner at us from the side of the building. It was very uncomfortable and did not feel right. After we checked it in, there was no drop box and we did not want to leave the keys in the truck, so we decided to come back when the store opened. As we started to drive away, a young man (looked high school aged), started to circle the truck we left behind. My husband and I rented some equipment which was left in the back of the trailer, so we made the executive decision to take the truck with us and potentially take it to another location. When I called UHAUL customer service to assist, they scolded me for taking the truck after checking it in and not leaving the key in the drop box (which I explained did not exist). After being told I needed to take the truck back otherwise it would be reported stolen, the customer assistance rep told me next time, I should call them first to evaluate the situation. Considering it took me ten minutes of sitting on the phone waiting for someone to answer, obviously this experience with UHAUL might be my last. The owner of the shop was much more helpful, however, customer assistance at UHAUL failed us.

dave garetteWe had a problem because I wasn't aware we needed to provide our own ball and hitch. Luckily, my stepfather's son has a business close by and we were able to borrow one from him. The personnel were extremely helpful. We would definitely use this store again.
