Owner of this site was rude and expected me to wash the truck before I returned it. I left without taking the vehicle. This made an hour errand turn in to a more than 5 hour chore. I recommend closing this location.

The process before getting the actual rental truck was exhausting. I went through multiple error messages online and on the app. Although I was patient I vented my frustration to the workers who helped me via phone call. I ended up being transferred twice before actually receiving any actually help. Deandre did an amazing job helping me get through the process finally after a hour and a half.Then bringing the rental truck back became another hassle. It was an inconvenience for me and I am underwhelmed at this self pick up experience. The geolocation tool wasn’t picking up my location and the app was loading slow to drop off the rental truck. I have rented in person with U-Haul and will be sticking to that until self pick up becomes more seamless.
raytwon pImprove the online Experience. My rental and return were very difficult online. In fact when I returned to vehicle on 1/03/24 The website would not accept The online paperwork And when it said just to push the button. To proceed It never registered the vehicle as being in the proper place. I received an email that said my vehicle had not been returned. I contacted the 800 number a couple of times finally, the area manager got involved and cleared everything up and had it returned on the proper day.

German SI got an old truck that needed maintenance and I paid so much I have to pay $147 when my quote was supposed to be $100 I got charged $30 for fuel service. By the end of the night I was so tired and the gas station was far away from the drop off location charging $30 for fuel service is insanity and a robbery.
Andrea LIf you are renting during a time when no one is available be prepared to get frustrated. There is zero to no cellphone reception in the parking garage which makes the after hours process a huge hassle. I’m sure during business hours it’s great. But after hours was a NO GO

Richard NMove all the equipments out of the parking because they are no network services where the equipment are so you can’t do to do any check in or check out, you have walk out of the garage for every steps you are doing and they were no one in the office and no one answer the phone when you call

MARTIN RThere is no wifi or cell service in the garage where the trucks are kept. It is nearly impossible to check in and out using a mobile device. The woman inside the location did not know anything about uHaul. She was a dry cleaner. She gave me a contact phone # but no one ever answered or returned my message.
Shellie SNo agent is there until 12midday, and was not there upon return of the vehicle at 5pm. This was an inconvenience because i couldnt get the check in online to upload. So my pick up was 11am and i had to wait an hour for the agent to come on.

MARLENE FOverall UHAUL is a good service. The Location is convenient and comfortable. I had 10am pickup but didn't get through till almost noon ( the rep came late - apologizing profusely and offered to extend my rental time ). The Unit was overall clean but looking on the seat you could see it crumbs/sand. That didn't bother me much but what did were the young roaches that seem to live inside the vehicle. They came from the headliner mostly and a few - yes there were a good amount (I killed 4) - were in the carriage area. Overall score 4/10 but that can change easily which is why I would recommend.
Monique MI like not having to have person to person contact but this location has a major issue for drop off. The parking lot has no cell service and when dropping off I had to walk out of the parking lot after each picture to continue of it would go online and make me start the drop off procedure all over again, Very frustrating.

Salvador BI’ve rented u haul trucks yearly for the last three years. Picking up and dropping off have always been hassle and stress free. This new pick up by phone process has been terrible. And now there’s a $20 charge for them to review the truck? If not you have to spend 15 minutes taking pictures when you drop it off. Terrible. Never again

In turn, he did not bring the truck out of the parking garage and I had to complete all of the pre-work to drive the vehicle myself. The vehicle parking location was terrible. Lastly, customer service was very poor.

Ruben RI truly felt comfortable with this location. With all that is going on with Covid, the fact that I was able to do the pick up all virtual that was awesome! The rep was extremely pleasant and polite and easy to reach over the phone. That made the experience even better. I will most definitely continue to use this location for my Uhaul needs.
JHOAN ABack inside of Truck was dirty. I also paid for a dolly, wasn’t in the truck. Ended up have to drive extra miles to get the dolly from another location.

Mohammed PThe Parking Garage ceiling is is literally inches from the roof of the van, you have to maneuver around the hanging exits signs. Vans are parked on the 3rd floor of the garage, keys are on the first floor around the corner of the Garage.

Thierry Dthe person who works there made me wait more than 30 minutes because he was not at his place of work, on the other hand I had to wait like 20 minutes to park the car because the place where they told me was full and to finish the vehicle had drip on the roof damaged a mattress on a bed and the charges on the bill were very high

ANGEL AJaime called me in the morning before my pickup time to inform me that there was no handcart available. He went and got one for me anyway. Jaime went above and beyond the norm for customer service. He was very informative and reassuring. This place also does laundry and looks very clean and well organized. Had a great experience at this location.
