I wasn't sure where to go. Door isn't labeled entrance. Hours of drop off are poor. Gentlemen who I finally found once I was able to locate an entrance was polite and helpful. Not exactly well labeled entrance. Once you enter a door you aren't sure where on earth you are going.

location was filthy, had to wait & look for a person to help. it is located in a run down area, weeds and trash everywhere.

The truck was empty when I picked it up. The battery was dead on the vehicle and I had to jump it off every time I started it.

Pick up location had no instructions. When I called for instructions I was hung up on twice. The two ladies had zero patience and I was standing in the cold and wind simply for over an hour just for them to verify me to get the code and the keys out of the key box then the dolly was 10 miles up the road. Absolutely no customer service what so ever.

The people were very rude . I had a hard time getting the truck and my trip was prolonged. I couldn't get it until thr next day .!!!!! Then the truck was barely on half a tank and you all charged me $98 for gas because i didn't fill it up upon return!!!! Thats bs

of all the U-Haul places in my area you send to a place closes by 5pm does not re-open til 10:am so I park it went back on Wednesday when I got a break from work I have a 6:am til 3:pm job but the guy driving did not get off til 5;pm everyday other than that thanks

Have an office and sign on property that says Uhaul . The people helping you with name and shirt for uhaul. Very questionable.
