When advertising the trailer dimensions correctly. Yes, the inside dimensions were 6' (72") X 12' (144"), but the opening at the back is only 55". I rented under the understanding the opening was 6' (72") . This opening was 3" to narrow to meet my needs, so it became a yard ornament. Cheers!

Saw the reviews about challenges finding location, I called the local office and they gave me directions and where to park/find office which was great as it is a "working" facility. Great service and convenient location for my needs.

The 24/7 truck share would not work because there’s no cell service at the location. The personnel were not trained for a Saturday drop off. They helped as much as they could but we couldn’t resolve the drop off until Monday morning.

This location to return to is a complete nightmare. Very hard to find and no clear directions. The guy that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional and he hung up on me. The drop box for the keys is behind locked gates so you can’t return after hours and then they charge you for another day. This location also added file when we returned it higher than what it was when I picked up. It was only half full which is also very inconvenient. Never ever again will I deal with this company in Kent Agassiz. Never ever again.

Extra $30 fee in the rental was unexplained. It was the equivalent of 2 extra days of rental. I need an explanation and likely a refund for that fee. Check out did not allow me to provide a comment on the fee and pay for the rental. I put in a comment but did not allow to submit it. Went to pay, and did not allow for comment. The trailer was clean, however there was significant soapy residue left on the floor of the box that was not washed out and got on items during the move.

Let customers know that when booking reservations for any ferry, that the 26 ft trucks are considered commercial. Check the washer fluid as well because by the time we hit Manning Park it was empty & barely made it to the gas station for more. I do appreciate the information about having to purchase your own chains since corporate doesn’t mandate winter tires on its entire fleet as they’re based out of a desert.

The first person I saw, who said he was the owner, didn't know I was coming and was not at all helpful. The whole area was disorganized and filthy. There was no clear pathway to drive through. The second person was polite and helpful, as was the person in the office.

While the location is very suspect when you arrive, the staff are phenomenal! The service was wonderful and much, much better than two other locations in the Comox Valley that we tried in the past. Don't be put off by their location! They are great!

Shockingly bad experience. We were booked to return at one location. They told us they didn't have space. Sent us to another location that was closed. Spent hours trying to return the truck. We were hot, tired and cranky. The location we finally took it to is very industrial and strange but the staff was amazing and very helpful.

there was no key drop box and the office was closed through Monday. Luckily someone who knew the owner was able to open the office and place the key inside for us, otherwise we would have had no means of dropping off the keys. The location is also a mess and there was only 1 parking spot available next to rusted equipment.

Changed my drop off location three times. Finally had to drive an hour out of my way to another town. Location looked like a place where Uhaul trucks and trailers go to die. Broken down vehicles in the trees, scatter in among broken trucks, buses other machines. Lots of Uhaul trailers and trucks that look abandoned and forgotten. Who would pick up from here? Drove past a respectable looking dealer about 3km away on my way out. Left me shaking my head But the owner of the establishment was very polite and friendly on the phone to guide me to this hidden gem. He was there to assist in guiding me to a parking spot and to disconnect the trailer.

It was a one way rental. This location was further away than 2 other locations. It took quite a long time to find and process my drop off which should have been 5 minutes. I think they had a new person working there so it was not a huge deal.

This is remote location, No obvious signs from the street. It is more a residential area. You have to navigate your way around back on dirt road full of pot holes. seems more like a junk yard rather than a Uhaul depot. The staff was friendly and efficient, no complaints in that regard. if you were new at pulling backing up a trailer you would have a difficult time returning.

It was very bad when I tried to return the truck back after the working times. There is no any UHAUL box to th put the truck key on it. Also the location isn't clear even in Google maps.

Have the trailer at the agreed upon location, not an hour away with no notice. Not the location’s fault, just the result of poor logistical planning on Uhauls part.

The brakes on the truck were questionable and it was vibrating/ shaking above 60km/hr. I only had to drive a short distance otherwise i would have return that truck and ask for a refund.

My experience with U-Haul was great! The large truck we needed was found and booked quickly. The staff at the pick up location were vey helpful, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with!

The location is very difficult to find and there are no indications from the street you’re at the proper location. The staff were very nice and knew their stuff. Absolutely no complaints there. However, due to problems on the u-haul side, it took 3 days to return a truck. I have sent a message to some uhaul corporate emails, but they have yet to respond in any way

The young man, Matt, who took my information was obviously overworked yet patient and professional. While the truck was clean upon pickup, the cab had a lot of dog / pet hair, showing it hasn't been vacuumed / cleaned. The location has no cell phone service; drop-off "after hours" could not be completed on-line at the location. I was not informed ahead of time that I would not be allowed to park my personal vehicle at the location property, and the location is in a desolate area. I had to park my personal vehicle alongside a logging road, overnight / 24 hours on a Saturday night. U-Haul: I received 4 phone calls, 8 emails, 9 texts from U-Haul re: renting a truck before the contract date. That is excessive. Generally, I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone.

We originally had a truck reserved at a different location, the keys were not left in the lock box. Called uhaul spoke with a wonderful customer service representative, she did everything she could to locate us a truck as we were on a time crunch. The new location was further away so we had to pay more for mileage. This was unacceptable when paying those high prices in this economy, every penny counts.

The computer data base needs improvement very confusing

The location I reserved my uhaul at no longer rents them. I got in a yelling match with the owner. I called uhaul and was put on hold for an hour. I drove around town to 3 other locations until i found the one that had my reservation. At that point I still had to wait over a half hour for the paperwork to be finalized. Then I received the receipt yesterday and it’s almost twice as much as it supposed to be. What are you guys doing here?

Trailer was extremely dirty inside. The trailer itself from looking at it from the outside was in extremely poor condition, dents, holes, paint and decals peeling, time to retire it, although mechanically it was fine. The gentlemen at the checkout was very nice and professional

Unit was fairly new and in good condition and fairly clean inside the cab and the cube. The issue is the pickup location; unpaved and muddy with lots of potholes and it was like a quagmire...made for tracking muck inside the cab and my house while moving. There are lots of vehicles parked everywhere making it a bit of a maze when maneuvering.
