Place was a gas station. Guy at counter did not check anything. He stayed in his counter. Told me to park truck facing out and drop keys in a box. The parking area was wet with rust colored water from a leaking faucet. Stepped into the rusty water. No where else to park.

Faith CI was there at 7 and the smart phone pickup wasn't working. It took an hour to get someone one the phone. After speaking to her I was transferred to someone else and it took an additional 40 minutes for an answer. The lady that answered at that number was able to resolve the issue in about 20 minutes. My rental was delayed 2 and a half hours and my movers left prior to me getting home.i drove the truck about 20 miles and returned it unused. The furniture mats weren't in the truck as I explainedto the personi spoke with when i got the truck opened. The incident number given to me is 3714228.
